I love all of these girls, but I have to say I really enjoy Ayami, she is so impressive, a true professionel, great leader, funny and always making jokes and always ready to help the other girls and take the tension away if they are getting stunned.
I also fell in love with BABYMETAL and went back all the way back to Sakura Gakuin, but all members at “Sakura Gakuin” are really nice and warm hearted girl . I'm always impressed also make us so happy. Always SMILE😄
Sorry for the long absence (again) Today a reaction to one of the graduation videos ^-^ Previously, I recorded the song "Science Girl, Silence Boy" from Sakura Gakuins Science Club, but even after editing it 4 times, I just can't upload it Hopefully i can upload more videos again 😅
In that case it had nothing to do with the video The copyright strike is completely because of the song Even with many cuts in the reaction, there is no way i can upload it unfortunately
Couldn’t hold out any longer and cut straight to the chase with watching this, eh?😃 oh well. I think if you hadn’t had to take the long absence, it may have hit you harder as the girls would have been fresher in your mind. But life has a way of getting in the way of things. Welcome back! (Now get ready for your final exams!)
Oh, I see. I could imagine why this song is so cool and no one reacts to it. I feel sorry that I didn't think of that beforehand and made an unreasonable request. However I would be happy if you could upload it in some form, but if not after 4 edits...
The most emotional moment of this event comes before this video when Ayami returns to her seat after receiving her graduation certificate from the Principal. All smiles going up to receive it, after she bowed to the crowd, the reality of it all hit her and she broke down in sobbing. The other members were just looking at her amazed that the rock, their so-professional Student Council Chairman would be the first to break. I'm sure nothing could have conveyed the emotion of the moment more than that.
🌸 🏫 The opening song was 'Yume Ni Mukatte' (Go/fly to your dream). It was the first Sakura Gakuin single, backed with 'Hello! Ivy'. The second song was 'Tabidachi no Hi ni' (On the Day of Departure). It's a traditional graduation song. I don't think that Rinon didn't have an emotional connection. She just concentrates on the happy memories they all made together. That's just her character. Although it can be hilarious.
No one is ever ready for this... Regardless of how many times they have seen it. All of the RTG's hit you in the feels... And what usually gets me is Mori-sensei's speeches. Love your passion for Sakura Gakuin my friend. Also, a massive happy birthday to Momoko Okazaki! Thank you (I think 😂) for the reaction. 🌸🏫❤️🎂🍑
Everytime I watch this i choke up like this was happened nowadays, the power of this girls. And yeah everyone who loves BM should watch Sakura Gakuin, at least seasons till our queen and princesses left the show, I'm still catching up episodes after SuMetal left. Thanks for sharing this 💮❤️
Tabidachi no Hi ni, "in the Day of Departure" is a traditional graduation song in Japan. There are plenty of YT videos of high school choruses singing it, but this mix is very special.
So nice to see you again. All of the Sakura Gakuin graduation videos can be difficult to watch, but this one is definitely one of the most painful. It never ceases to amaze me that a group of Japanese schoolgirls can reduce a manly man like myself to tears. There will always be those less manly men who try blaming it on imaginary ninjas chopping invisible onions behind them. There are several things that stand out for me in this video. When Yui falters at the beginning of her speech, Moa immediately moves to comfort her. This is the only graduation video that I recall Hana crying in. Yes, Rinon does not cry, but down the road she will show us how much she cares for her fellow members of Sakura Gakuin. Su crying always breaks me, but it is not all that surprising considering her special relationship with fellow Keren Girls' member Ayami. Nene and Hinata losing it is more funny than distressing, as is Raura trying to act all tough and then breaking down. Marina manages to hold herself together, yet this is the closest to seeing her cry that I remember. Marippe is such a naturally happy faerie that it is really difficult to bring her to tears. Airi always tortures me as she attempts to get her final words out. I also find it very touching seeing the ice princess, Ayaka, melt just a little. Ayami struggling to say farewell is both charming and adorable. And just before the very end, we get to see Moa at her precocious best, being Moa.
Can we take a moment and just admire Su’s bowing skills? She gives THE deepest bows when she is exuding respect…her nose can almost touch her knees it seems. Marina doesn’t really show much emotion, which I find a bit odd, as she is an only child and I would think these girls are like sisters she’s never had….and now they are leaving. But everyone handles things in their own way.,🤷🏻♂️
Ayami is a singer and MC for shows. Airi and Ayaka are both big models in Japan (recently both modelled for Gucci and Fendi) and both actresses (Ayaka is on the Netflix series Alice in Borderland)
Happy birthday Momoko! I don’t know why but the original SG videos are always filled with so many emotions that clearly is showing how close the girls back then were. Especially seeing Yui, Moa and ofc Su in tears always gets me.
Yeah could you imagine being in that spot already a huge metal super star at that age having more then you could of ever imagined being a world super star.
Moa and Nene share similiar characteristics: they are1) foodies, 2)huggers and they 3) cry a LOT xD also this is one of the very RARE times you see SUzuka break down.
I havent seen this in a while. And you're right on how succesful they all have become. I've recently finally got my time on Revue Starlight and to see Hinata on stage, her element almost. Hana too have quite a successful stage performance and a play that been releasr on dvd. Raura appearing in bit roles and on some show. The first class and making wave in 2022. Hoping for more from the 36 girls.
Each year, a Student Council President is chosen from among the 3rd years. Suzuka succeeded Ayami, and Marina was named Vice President since Su was the only "senior." After Su graduated, Marina became President and each of the other 3rd years received a Chairman role as well: Hinata was Spirit Chair, Raura was Performance Chair, Nene was Talk Chair. The Talk Chair organizes the MC moments in live shows and has become an indispensable role in each year's Student Council.

Right after the Graduation Final, it works great to watch these Ayami videos from the last couple years. The video you watched is even more emotional and meaningful if you watch the full concert ending with the Formal Graduation Speeches from Su and Ayami, which took place right before this video. Due to those speeches, the students, and we the viewers, were already extremely emotional when the song Tabidachi No Hi Ni started, so the end of the concert builds on that, and then you can experience the same thing they did, and cry all the way through the songs. (though unfortunately the teachers' speeches aren't translated). Similarly the Ayami songs I linked will hit harder if you've seen Ayami and Su reacting to eachothers' formal speeches. Unfortunately the particular video you watched made bad translation choices, in particular their wording choices made things feel less emotional and gave the wrong impression, plus a couple mistakes. And that translator's constant side-jokes ruin the mood in an emotional video like this. Someday you should try watching the full concert with the full ending, with a different translation (it's there on the main 2011Nendo page). But I appreciate that you were watching this for a specific purpose.
@@AnotherOne-xj9hw Thank you for reading! I think most of Ayami's 80s covers are better than her album music videos, and she seems to be expressing herself very personally through them. The other playlist there is her "Live" videos, which I also recommend, because her music sounds amazingly different Live. If you watch the Formal Graduation Speeches of Su and Ayami, I have one recommendation: watch closely for Su's reactions during Ayami's speech, because sometimes they only show her face for 1 second.
