Hii didi mera skin barrier pura damage hoo gaya hai ham meesho se mangwai the 10 powder jaise ki (beetroot; sandlewood;neem etc etc) or ham wosab powder bhot jada use karne lage q ki mera skin sensitive nahi tha garmi me v mera skin me kuch nahi hota tha no bumps nothing but now mera skin ka nerves pura visible ho gaya hai just because of that face pack powder i guess or v bhot jada skincare krne ke waja se hua hai sare influencer log ko dekh kR ham v skin care karna suru kiye par sab kharab ho gaya bumps aa gaya chota chota skin pe pura pores khul gaya tha avi theek hua par avi v nerves wagera dikhta hai dur se pata nahi chalta hai lakin samne se pata chLta hai bhot i hope theek ho jaye pls give me some tips

Same thing happened to me. Wo powder wala pack and exfoliator use karne k wajah se. 6 months ho gaya hai par abhi bhi pura recover nehi hua hai. Thode se hi irritate ho jata hai. Aap kya use kar rahe ho barrier thik karne k liye?

Mera chera ka condition pura kharab ho gaya tha pura pores wagera khul gaya tha skin ka pura nerves dekhne lag gaya tha
Avi v pura theel nahi hua hai 2 month hua hai lakin almost theek hai
Ham apko bata de ki skin pe avi kuch or mat use karna except cleanser moisturizer and sunscreen warna or v jada kharab ho jayaiga

Both are good! Cerave moisturizer zyada hydrating hai according to my experience, toh zyada dry skin hai to cerave recommend karungi.
