I got it in michigan. It totally sucks. I went with out meat for 7 months. Tried again last night. Was worse than when i first relized i had this. I wish there was more known.
First, your esophagus starts closing shut when you eat meat. First meat sticks in your esophagus like Velcro. Then decades later you can get headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, gluten allergies. Then, decades later, all of a sudden you get a promiscuous severe itching so bad that you won’t be able to sleep for days. You will feel like you’re going to die. You will not forget it - every time you eat.
Never been bitten by a tick but have symptoms of AGS - in the past 10 years I’ve had reactions (usually both vomiting/diarrhea) after eating beef and never linked that it could be AGS. Can anyone explain if this reaction is coming from eating beef from a tick bitten cow, for example? I reckon the chances of an animal who grazes and mostly lives outside would be more susceptible to getting bit by multiple ticks, rather than a human. Not saying humans don’t get bitten by ticks but I’m 95% sure I’ve never gotten bitten by one. So if we eat beef from a tick-bitten cow then those with this sensitivity can suffer from the alpha-gal infected beef?

I have heart racing palpitations pins in my throat asthma blackouts dizzy can't breathe body pain all over migraines the list doesn't quit!!!!!!!
I cannot eat poultry even! Poultry eat ticks is this possibly why?
