Good job with the magnetic socket, I'd give that an 8 or 9. Lisle makes a valve keeper installer & remover kit that does not use all those zip ties. Also thanks for showing what can go wrong.
So to get this straight you only put the rope in the #1 Spark plug hole and you're are able to change all of the seals without putting the rope in the other spark plug holes?

No you have to repeat the step with the rope per cylinder. I only showed the process on the first one but it’s the same for all of them
Would the valve still have room to fall into the cylinder if cylinder was at TDC?
