For this Masala Lemon Soda recipe, I’ve used cold soda water to make it bubbly but if you don’t have that at home, you can just use regular water or even a soft drink like Sprite or 7-Up. Sometimes, kids don’t want to have soda water so that could be a great way for them to enjoy it.
If you have guests over, this is great to serve to them as well. Everyone is used to soft drinks but this could be your secret summer drink that will keep guests very happy and talking about you for long time. Not only is it healthier than soft drinks, but Lemon Soda will refresh them even more in the hot summer heat. It’s also perfect to give to your children when they come back from school. It keeps them cool so they don’t get sick from the extreme heat.

Masala Lemon Soda Ingredients:
Juice of 1 Lemon
Sugar or Honey - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Black Salt (Kaala Namak) - 1/4 tsp
Jeera (Cumin) Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/4 tsp
Mint Leaves (Pudina) - 5-8 leaves
3 Ice Cubes
2 Lemon slices
Soda Water - To top with

Let me provide you a suggest.
Have the sugar solution (boil water and add sugar till it dissolves)
Keep it ready before you prepare it. This keeps you from stirring.
After you fill soda to 3/4th of the glass, stir once again. It will not make the sediments get settled at the bottom when you hand over the drink to customers.
Add ice cubes and lemon 🍋 pieces at end.
