Hey, how are you? I’m Irene Ferreiro and this is a mini interview for the Russian music portal Oops Music. And well, I’m going to answer the questions that i have here.
1- Speak to us about you role in the series Skam. Have you learnt anything from your character?
Well, in Skam basically i play Cris, Cristina Soto, who is a party girl, and very extroverted. And in the second season (where she is the protagonist and we see everything from her point of view), she starts to discover her sexuality, and discovers that she is bisexual, and she goes out with a girl, Joana, and so as well we see part of the life of Joana and we find out a little about her mental illness, BDP, and yeah idk it’s really cool. And iiiii, pff idk, i’ve learnt loads with Cris really. Especially I’ve learnt to value myself and think and believe in myself a little, that i am capable of doing the things that i set myself. idk, but i’ve learnt loads from her honestly.
2- What has been the most difficult thing when filming the series?
Well, it’s been my first big project so it’s all been really new for me, ,but it’s been great, super cool, super fun, super enriching as an actress and a person. And idk dude, i’ve learnt loads and it’s changed me. I think the most difficult thing has been the pressure, not from the team or the director or the fandom, but the pressure i put on myself because i’ve never had a protagonist role, and it was a bit aadjhdi but well, in the end it worked out well, right? You guys liked it, no? I hope so!
The third and last question…
3- What character would you like to play in the future?
Wow, so many really, I’d love to be the bad guy, like the villain you know. Anddd, also it’d be really cool to play something with a mental illness, it seems really hard and a big challenge, but it seems really interesting though. And I saw Tamara working with the psychologists to interpret Joana and everything, and i was like dude that would be cool. So, idk, those are the 2 roles that i’d be most excited to play, but Idk, right now i’m excited to do anything.
