This guy does not save that there is textures filtering or opengl2.9 and makes pixelated videos, but only ps1 the other tekkens 4 5 tag tag2 no, those puts them in hd without pixels, do you see the meaning? 💡 in epsxe in opengl2.9 there is an option called texture filtering, but you choose extended removeS black borderrs and it looks correct, but no, this type of representation tk3 showing it as graphic garbage, 😑😔 and the other tekkes with a correct image😓 look at this👇✨

my love for tekken game is because of this tekken 3 game where I first played lei wulong and eventually lei become my main and yes lei was great in tekken 3.

Lei waa my main in the two tekken games I played tekken 3 ans tekken tag tournmanet... I stopped playing tekken from then when theg changed the Lei Characrer drastically... But the first time some guy in my hometown showed me how to do his strings I was like what??? And he taught me and I took off ... The razor rush was the main terrifier....
Nayyar Rashid you know what before I was totally into lei I used to play him but not so often, he was the first character I played and eventually fall in love with the game tho but what made me really interested in this character was the animal stances and drunken which I didn't knew that time, I used to play basic game very basic but since I knew he had those awesome moves I was like "this is freaking cool character" but that discovery was not mine but shown to me by my friend who was actually a Paul and Yoshi player.
After that everything changed lei become my main and to this day i only play lei wulong because of one and only reason he IS FUCKING AWESOME TO PLAY..lol

If you are wondering YES, it is that hard to get fn4 in 12 frames lol (and it's still the same in T7)
Since you can't buffer the fn "stance" you have to press f the moment you recover, have exactly 1 frame of neutral and then press 4.
Literally a just frame like PEWGF, but instead of f,n,df2 it's f,n,4. Not TMM's fault this time :^)
There's a trick you can do to perform Fn out of recovery animations. Whether you hit, block or get blocked, you can hold F and after the animation recovery ends, let go of F. The game registers it as Fn. While still not technically a buffer, it makes it a ton easier to do

When I was a teenager I can remember how amazing I thought Lei was! I just thought his design was so interesting and all of the animal stances and their different transitions was just something I had never seen in any game before. I loved using Lei to shit on my friends in T3. Lei animal stances and King chain throws were to me the coolest thing ever. Lol.

I miss the atmosphere of Tekken 1, 2 and 3. It's probably mostly nostialgia talking, but i think the presense and theme of the game changed radically after 5.

Nah I def know what you mean. Tekken 1,2,3, 4, and 5 all had this very stylistic vibe. It was badass. Now it just looks like a generic anime fighter.

I do not like these new tekkens at all. These new juggle mechanics are asinine. At the risk of getting "ok boomer"d into oblivion, back in the day it seems like it took actual skill to pull off decent juggles. Now you can juggle people off the ground with high kicks....
Tekken 3 will always be my favorite. Best voices. Best music. Echo replays. So nostalgic and so good. I loved how crazy Lei was like with his chest kick throw where he backflips like full stage. It's just such a fun nostalgic game with so many great things! Harada, we want Tekken Ball Back!

Ah...Lei's glory days...Lei was the very first opponent I faced in Tekken back in the arcade, he wipped my ass, and because of that, when I was first introduced to Tekken 3 on consoles, he would be the second character I chose.

=PAN 2 could be buffered into guard melting punches on block which would leave lei in backturn with PLUS FRAMES!!!
Tekken 3 was my favorite Tekken. It was something magical about Tekken 3.
TheChilledScrub new engine. The graphics and sound effects... the side step introduction including more intricate movelists and characters.. Tekken force, the soundtrack, and A fresh story based on a new character.. yeah pretty magical
the amount of damage of simple punches/kicks in T2 and T3 was insane!
I recall in T2 lei "simple" RK if connected by both high kick and next swept it was a 50% lifebar damage

Jackie Chan movies were one of my favorite things ever growing up. When I played Lei for the first time I lost my mind. I also thought it was interesting that he just naturally side stepped when you were pushing him in any particular direction.

8:15 I don't think they removed the damage dependency on distance in 4, if that's what you meant. I remember the other day I was using Kazuya, made a dragon uppercut & they didn't launch /: they only staggered like they would from a regular wind uppercut

@@Leadblast Haha step (also the last game where he had it, after that he just had the silent step) coupled with the fact that the entire razor rush string was GUARANTEED on CH just made it so easy to play hit-n-run with him.

7:30 You got to buffer the forward input after jab connects, as the hand is is coming back from the jab connecting, that's when you buffer the forward input, then when the jab animation is over, that's when you input 4.

T3 Hwoarang for me. I had to drop him because his changes throughout the series were so drastic.

@@The_Humble_Hurricane I played Heihachi in T2 until I unlocked Kaz. I used him in T3. I tried playing him in T7 and it was like I'd never played Tekken before. I'm glad that they're making the characters more special but, I'm having too many "who the fuck is this?" moments when I try to pick up legacy characters that I used to be good with.

Lei was a lot more busted in T3 than people realize. Razor Rush delete half a life bar on CH and were safe on block, plus with the OG Haha Step / KBD (b+3~4~b) which allowed him to run away for literally forever and pull the trigger into Razor Fists at any time, he could hang with Wavedashing Mishimas at the highest levels no problem. Also a sleeper top-tier in Tekken Tag for the same reason but wasn't quite as busted as the Mishimas, Ogres and Changs

I think that when you get more damage with the same combo it's because in T3 you deal more damage from enemies' sides, or so i remember..
I think the fact that damage varies based on range is actually a lot more realistic

In tekken 3, Xiaoyu's WS2 launches on hit and leaves her in backturn and then continues to hit you with backturn 2 five times while you're airborne and then ends with a mistrust. Total of 7 hits guranteed.

Didn't Lei have the Haha step in this game? Cause TMM was talking about his BT movement being fast, but I remember the haha step looking even faster than that.
I always thought Lei's looks were inspired by Jackie Chan while Law was a Bruce Lee character. Then again I pretty much only ever played Tekken 3 so I don't know much about how his looks might've changed through the later games.
