I haven’t bought a fragrance in a long time “ months” I’ve been enjoying refreshing up my closet and home decor, instead. I’m completely satisfied with my perfume collection. There’s a couple fragrances I’ve got my eye on but I’m waiting for price drops. Im not willing to pay more than what I think it’s worth
Wow! That is so good of you! I am also calming down quite a bit, but I used to buy a LOT! Now I buy samples and decants, or if I see a really good deal on something I have on my wishlist. I mostly buy from individual sellers these days. The perfumes are either completely new or used once. I bought Blu Indaco from Giardini di Toscana for €50 that way, which is an amazing deal.

When I saw Amethyst Haze in the thumbnail... 😮😳😆 I have loved my sample of Amethyst Haze, but I wore it to bed last week (I enjoyed it as I was falling asleep) BUT when I woke up in the morning, I smelled a very traditional men's cologne and I was like.. oh no, I don't think I like this anymore.. so I totally understand! 💜
I've had Very Good Girl for a while and this summer was the time I finally fell head over heels for it!
I'm surprised about armani my way parfum ❤ I own the big bottle and love it!
More every day, angel share type of fragrance for me is Kay Ali wedding velvet Santal 35 so comforting.
I was very late to the Miami nectar party, didn’t love it in store but later on I found a great deal for a travel and fell in love.❤

I love Aura! It's my favorite from the Idole line.
As for My Way or a lot of floral frags, I enjoy it most during the fall and early spring when it's still cool-not too warm, not too cold.

Hi Jackie, I hope you are well. I just did a declutter also. I did the same thing wore something to bed and I couldn’t sleep because it bothered my nose all night! 😩. The only Lychee I like is the Kayali! My daughter loves that one also.

Hi Jackie! What a great declutter video! You have a handful that I myself decluttered. I want to declutter What About Pop, but I'm keeping it for my “egg” collection. Lol. So stupid! Same with CH VeryGood Girl, smells A LOT like Delina to me, but I'm keeping it for the “heel” collection. Stupid! I know! 😆

Great video, greetings from New Zealand! I also felt like my time with Very Good girl came to an end, last Summer (that was February for me). I also noticed that I'm not crazy about the rose/litchi combination (apart from Delina og, of course), which may also be your case, as you've decluttered three rose/floral/lychee perfumes as well! For me to love the fragrance, the tartness has to be balanced off with sweetness and some woody/earthiness...
I need sweetness with my tartness too. 💕
Black Opium (original and Le Parfum) gave me a horrible migraine too!

I will be pulling mine out soon for cooler weather. I’m a die hard iris lover 😂💯 love the powdery vibes on the dry down 💜🥰

Miami Nectar: I had the identical experience & could’ve said the same things word for word😅I am & am not surprised by your declutters-it’s a **never say never in this hobby & I agree the fragrances changing (macerating) plays a huge role ❤

I think I'm going to declutter my travel size of black opium Le Parfum as well… I just filmed a declutter that I'm hoping to post later this week, and I didn't include that one in the declutter because I wasn't really sure, but if one of my friends wants it I think I'll just give it to them. It has turned a little bit too molasses-y as it has sat over time and intensified. 🤷🏻♀️
Rose in perfume gives me a headache… and that’s such a sad thing… I used to love rose and had no problem… I’ll blame it on menopause 😂

Some coconut-heavy fragrances can give me a headache on some occasions but not others. I got a bad head from Radio Bombay today but it's been fine on other occasions.

Hey Jax 😍, crazy , we had the exact same experience with Black Opium Le Parfum , everyone was talking about how good this one is , so I sprayed it on in store , and I may have sprayed too much , that was my thinking bc I had the worst headache wearing this fragrance and I absolutely knew the cause ........ I'm not interested in trying any BO flankers in the future ... decluttered the OG bc I never wore it, I liked the scent enough to purchase and then never reached for it 🙄
Yeah I’m pretty much done with BO I think. Every time I buy one, I end up decluttering it.

I thought you were going to say you bought the Cirque du Soleil perfume and that's why you got rid of What About Pop. The opposite happened to me: the first time I smelled WAP I was underwhelmed. Months later I tested Caramel Pop and was in love. It was everything I hoped WAP would be, and bought a full bottle. I tested WAP again this summer and suddenly I am loving it! The bottle justifies buying this one as well. My shock declutter: Donna Karan Cashmere & Palo Santo, and Passion de L'Amour by HoS. The first one was wayyyyy to ambery for me, and the other one I only like after smelling it one time. Just like your experience with the Nest one.
I have not tried the cirque de Soleil but I’m definitely interested.
I’ve been letting riffacat sit for a long time to see if it will get better but I still get the burned rubber thing :( I may have to declutter.

It really is funny how our love of fragrances changes. I have one that I was disappointed with, Mon Guerlain. It’s been in my collection for about a year. Seemed the lavender was too much for me. Picked it up & tried again last week. Now I love it. Not smelling strong lavender 🤷♀️
That happened to me vanilla 28 , it’s been in my collection for at least two years. I liked it enough to not declutter it, but never reached for it until last month been loving it so much I finished my bottle. just ordered another one.❤

Last I heard Lancôme’s Idole Aura has been discontinued. It may have only been discontinued in North America but I’m not sure. Just a heads up.

I had the same issue with that black opium le parfum, I loved the smell but I felt sick everytime I tried it

I have no luck at all with the 7 Virtues. I’ve tried several and there is something in them (the same something) that is off putting, and I just don’t like them.
I just decluttered My Way and My Way Intense. 🤣🤣🤣 I really love My Way Nectar 😊
We always wait for fragrances to get stronger and deeper with time. Sometimes it turns out not to be a good thing. 😢

Miami Nectar pulls very masculine on me too. It also gave me an instant headache each time I tried it. It somewhat reminds me of a masculine beachy wallflower from BBW 😬😅

Good question. Here’s my feelings on it. I’m here to talk about perfumes. Ones I love, ones I don’t like and everything in between. My collection is ever changing as my tastes change. I’m not here to convince anyone to buy anything. If someone buys a perfume because I did, that is their own choice. We are all adults and responsible for our own financial purchases and decisions. I do not get offended if someone declutters a perfume I bought on their recommendation. If I love the perfume, what does it matter if they keep it or not? My enjoyment of a fragrance does not depend on if anyone else likes it or not. So, no. I do not feel guilty about letting go of things I no longer enjoy. I find it to be healthy and what I need to do in order to continue enjoying my collection and my channel. Otherwise, I’d get overwhelmed, not to mention I only have so much space. Afternoon delight was absolutely horrifying to me. And you have to understand, I am prepared to pretty much fall in love with everything I sniff because loving a fragrance is one of the best feelings in the world. But yeah this was a profound scrubber
