Cool review @Bones, enjoyed this 5 pack, got it for $80 from Amazon, most are re-used figures but modified enough for another purchase..felt redeemed and broke even from the $70 Nightwing and Red Hood 2 pack released last year …lol!
I gave nightwing Jason’s head and painted all in metallic blue and looks amazing. Also painted the angry face with metallic red and the iconic white part of hair and gave it to jason. They looke great!
Bones! Solid boxset overall and it gives you even more options for your custom work. The blue and gray suit Batman has always been cool to me, just reminds me of old-school Batman. Good stuff bro. 🤜🤛
This is so far the only boxed set I wanted to buy, provided it's still available where I'm from since the local seller only carried two of these. I'm still waiting for the release of the second version of Bat Beast, though.
If I buy this it's going to be for the accessories I have all the originals and I really like them but I really do like the extra head sculpts and the shattered Hood.
Nice review, dude! I agree that your Red Hood custom is one of the coolest you've done. The new head really does take him to the next level! Very interesting that the gray trunks are just painted with the blue underneath. I think most people have been trying to match the blue paint. He is an awesome looking Batman! Much better with the blue trunks. Red Hood is my fave figure though, with Damian as number 2. I really like his new scowling head sculpt a lot. That Nightwing head sculpt is not working though, IMO. lol

I heard in the comics Nightwing and Damian Wayne are buddies in comics. You could repaint the exrata body like Nightwing for customs.

I was happy when I got this set it was not needed for me but I just had to pull the trigger I'm a suckered for a box set or repaints.

Yes...but remove the belt first..makes it easier..👍💀
