I actually learned 90% of what I need to know on Corporation accounting from your lectures than from my actual professor. Thank you so much again, Prof. Krug!
Why PIC balance of 936K (720K - common stock + 216K - APIC) was not considered in in Exercise 13.10 problem at 9:23 ? My understanding is [ PIC = Common stock + APIC ] . Isn't it ?
Wouldn't a stock option deter upper management from using stock splits? Even if the stock split is what's best for the company, they won't want to do it, because it might make their stock options useless.
Without any real knowledge on the topic, I'd assume their options would be adjusted accordingly to the stock split. So there option number would align with that of the market price
