Beautiful buckles Clancy, job well done! I didn't grow up in 4H, but I did grow up in the Country up in Ontario, Canada and as a family go to the local County Fair every year. I do have Cousins that do farm, mainly beef and have always taken part in 4H. I may not farm, but as a crocheter, I do appreciate a beautiful "blanket" and it sure makes a person like me appreciate all the hard work that goes into keeping any sort of "fleece wearing" animal. My boyfriend has a farm in TN. He's about to retire(God willing) from the Military and is worried he's going to get bored..LOL. As it stands right now, He's got some beef cattle and some chickens. I would love to know if Clancy could recommend a breed of goat, sheep, even Angora rabbits that we could raise on a couple hundred acres that would keep my "yarn addiction" happy and my man busy!..LOL
4H & FFA taught me so much It was 50 years ago but I learn leadership, respect & finance and so much more. Great job Clancy!

Nice job Clancey. I still have my 1st place trophy I won when I was 16. For showing a 2yr old colt at our county fair. I'm now 63. Great memories. 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Cody is a man of wise words. Last October I was pushing 8 or 9 month old calves on to a trailer with a unhinged gate and the calves turned around got their head in the gate took it out of my hands and knocked my two front teeth out with the gate.

I was told that most or at least a large percentage of the angora goats come out of Texas in the US...is that true? Also is there a problem with lice with that breed?😬 You have to dip them?
