Thanks my guy, I needed dis in 2024. My radio stations will not search in sequence, by that I mean they’ll not go from 12345, instead it goes from 14 to 21 or when I search up it goes from 156 back to maybe 45or sumthing like that. The dealer wanted $2400 to fixed that for me. 12:52
Before anyone attempts this, I got mine going again by removing the knob and the nut, then spraying electric contact cleaner down there and spinning/clicking it. I don't know how long it will keep it going, but for a 5min fix I'm happy.

That part number joystick has very little resistance and feels sloppy. GRAYHILL 60AD18-8-M-060C costs a few bucks more, but has the feel of the factory joystick. Also, if the button function is the only problem you are having, be sure the knob isn't bottoming out, preventing the button from being fully pushed. Pull the knob off and push down on the stick. If it works, then your knob was bottoming out. That can be fixed by putting a little tin foil inside the knob as a spacer before reinstalling.

I mention this in the video. The OEM part number was on a 16 week back order at the time of this video. The part I listed has been working fine for me
