Basically it's about how the poet compares the common people or village folks to the people with high standards in society, he explains the environment and then thinks about how everyone is same after death , like so talented Milton and other talents and rich people also died and village folks also died so there's nothing after death, and he also imagines his death when someone will stand on his grave and ask someone about him... That's all to summarise
