Your accent is beautiful, your english was perfectly clear, you were not repetitive and you were very informative!! No need to apologize at all!! 🌻 We are in Tampa and I grow 80% in raised troughs as I am not able to work on ground anymore. This beets I can grow…but carrots 🥕…oh how I struggle with carrots!!! Any tips? I’m trying Kudro this year for sure.
Thank you for the kind words ❤ For carrots making sure your soil is loose is a big part! Also, consistent watering, thinning and proper location helps! If your soil is too rich in Nitrogen it can also lead to tiny tap roots (the carrot part we normally eat) and big leafs! I have a blog post where I cover it in more depth www.raisedbedguide.com/growing-carrots/ ❤
You were wonderful. Glad I came across your site. I live in Central Florida in Brevard County and it's nice to find others growing in the same climate. I would love to see more videos of how your garden is growing and when you harvest. Keep making videos :)
Hola! Thank you for all the information. I am from Venezuela and have been gardenia for over 4 years in South Florida. Now I’m in Close to Lake Placid in south central Florida and our space is way larger, I am working still in setting up my garden here but have already a lot of things planted in raised beds and ground. Yes amending soil is a must here. The problem I have is irrigation, I don’t have a system and I don’t know how to set one up. My husband just want to install sprinklers but I know water over plants can create mold and other diseases. Would you be open to look at my garden (photos, videos) and guide me with my irrigation system considering I do grow both in ground and raised beds? Thank you so much
@@farmingvenusfl hey there, I have a blog post about how I installed our drip irrigation system. I recommend staying away from overwatering systems as they increase the likelihood of fungal pathogens. Also, drip depot is great on helping their clients figuring it out how to install their irrigation system! The link to the blog post www.raisedbedguide.com/raised-bed-watering-system/
@@farmingvenusfl it can be really confusing! I confess I was overwhelmed when figuring it out our system! If you email them they will guide you through how to set it up! My blog post also shows exactly what I have so that should help a bit too! Maybe I can do a video showing what I have!
