Never tire of this operation Cats and Traps. My older brother was an ABH on Essex Class: Randolph, Ticonderoga, and Lake Champlain launching AD's and F2. Dad served on the Lexington (CV-2) 1933-6 as a Pharmacists Mate. Narragansett Bay.

Thoroughly enjoyed your video. There sure is a lot that takes place before and after the catapult shoots the jet off the carrier. Thank you for having it there to see. Be really careful. It sure does look like it's a dangerous place to be on the flight deck. Thank you to everyone on board for making the choice to serve our country. It is very much appreciated!

ABH V-1 Division On the HAWK and SARA. Did time in V-3 as well. Then Crash, FDC, and TK. Great experiences, hard work and never 'regretted' a day of it.

The flight deck is an extremely dangerous place to hangout. I drove every square inch of CV-41 77-79
The LPO use to always yell at me to, "SLOW DOWN!"
It was the most exciting time of my life to drive a MD-3
    ABH 4 LIFE!
