Oh god. That is truly retro equiptment here. I'm surprised they still keeping this old equipment in tact there. I love it though. If they want to mame it even more retro. Paint the gates with black and white striping. That would look like a proper retro crossing. Phenomenal video, Michael.
Great video and crossing! Love the classic equipment there, especially the incandescent lights. Nice to see the Hybrid bell there's still sounding nice and healthy, the striping on those gate arms has always been rather weird. Shame the WCH mechanical bell there sounds rather worn-out now.
@@freebrickproductions Thanks! I’m fairly certain the wishbone gates are the original ones which used to be black & white, those stripes are adhesive material applied over the top, probably due to the original paint fading. The WCH bell actually used to sound worse and they seem to have done some maintenance on it.
Great to see the equipment here holding on. I noticed they’ve installed an extra red background crossbucks on the opposite sides of the road since you last filmed here. Wonder what made them do that?

Great video! Good to see the Wishbone gates and the incandescent lights still in use, especially in nsw😂

Hi guys
@@McKHAust hi
Nice video!
great looking crossing
@@ScottsRailroadVideos Thanks :)
Thatswhat was called Hope street coming from cosgrove rd. With the old rail barracks out of sight on the right.

@@TrickyMario7654 I honestly expected this equipment to be replaced years ago. No idea of the reason for the red crossbucks!
@@McKHAust I guess the crossing being at a yard entrance is probably why they haven’t replaced it. Not many people would be using it.
That Western Cullen Hayes bell is sounding worse than ever, I wonder if it's about to fail
