Arthur Guinness, the founder of Guinness, lived in Celbridge in the 18th century and even married Olivia Whitmore, the daughter of the local landowner. Today, you can still see the remnants of the Guinness family's legacy in Celbridge, including the historic Guinness Bridge and the beautiful Guinness Estate.
    Celbridge is home to Castletown House, one of Ireland's finest Palladian-style mansions. Built in the 1720s, Castletown House features stunning gardens, beautiful artwork, and intricate architecture that will transport you back in time.
