Not quite, "reduces damage from foe's attacks by 25% of unit's Def " is not normal percent damage reduction. It's called True/Fixed damage reduction since it reduces damage by a flat amount rather then the entire % based amount. It's a bit confusing.

You know who actually will be a really good support unit for Diamant that no one is talking about? Valentine’s Robin. She can give him free healing per hit if there are enough moment types on the team, which, if you’re running him with Eir, will meet the requirements for her healing. Then all you have to do is have her within 3 spaces of Diamant, and then boom, free 7HP per attack. She also buffs his Atk, Def, and Res, so there’s that as well.
They did Lapis dirty by not giving her a prf 😢 Even worse that they didn’t give us and free copies of her. They better release an OP Lapis seasonal alt in the future to make up for this, or we should vote her for CYL8.
I feel like it was an miss opportunity to have Lapis with a prf weapon that's like the blades in Engage since she is the one who introduce the smash weapon mechanics.

My +10 NY selkie is thriving right now, especially with the new beast sense 4 , damage reduction is insane
