Hi, stunning place Lake Argyle my parents did a trip there 35 years ago in a Nissan Urvan camper! They always said how beautiful it was so thanks for the great video. Talking of breaking budgets I went to look at a Prado Kakadu and the current prices on these put me into a coma.
Lake Argyle is a magnificent sight to see! There is water as far as the eye can see! Wow a Prado Kakadu. How much are they asking for them at the moment? The price of everything is getting ridiculous 😩
@@lappnitup $97990.00 apparently there's not much meat on the bone I was told. I replied I didn't come to the Butchers, you have someone in front of you with cash and they had me speak to 5 different sales guys. After an hour and a half of waffle I decided to tell them my previous employment for 29 years, I have a degree in Business Management, Communications a degree in Corporate Financial Management I also spent 22 years in Consumer Law. Finally I trained Management teams in many areas of retail and retail marketing. So cut the crap and either we do business or not, I was happy to pay $94000 this is with a $85000 trade in. I walked!
Wow!! Good on you for standing your ground. I can’t believe they want $97990!!! We recently went into a dealer as we want to upgrade our run around car at home. The car we wanted has a 2 year wait but you pay the deposit now but they don’t know what price it’ll be in 2 years!! We said ‘ but how can you sell me a car that you don’t know what the price will be and why would I buy it not knowing what the price will be’!!! He said that’s just how it is now! We said thank you but no thank you!! The other question is in 2 years time it would be a 2 year old model!!!
@@lappnitup The issues with having to wait your not really sure the spec you will receive, you might pay for the top model but no guarantee you'll get every feature. A friend had this exact experience.
Love love love your videos, they're up there with the best. You deserve far more subscribers. Been watching you every week since Tas. Sad that WA is over, it's all been beautiful, but looking forward to seeing more of Australia with you. Thanks for the informative and visual treats!
Wow thank you so much! We really appreciate your feedback. It makes it all worth while :) Its a slow process to get subscribers and it takes soooo long to produce an episode but we love what we see and we love what we do so to us that's all that matters :) We have some fantastic stuff coming up too that we're sure you'll love. Thanks again:)
No point Dying with millions in bank and your bucket list still Full. Your obviously enjoying the spending to get that bucket 🪣 empty , your money your way keep them episodes coming you two well done 🍻
HI love your videos, can we ask what places in WA you have been to that we need to book?. We are doing a few months next year and are trying to follow your recommendations. Thanks again
Hi Louise, thank you 🙏. We booked just about everything but that was during Covid as we were unsure how busy it would be and we didn’t want to miss out on any. The main ones like lucky bay (Esperance), Warroora station 14 mile (especially if you want front row), Ningaloo (South Lefroy), Osprey Bay and Pender bay I’d say are definite ones to book in advance. The only problem is you then are locked in to move on when you might really want to stay longer. Plus the weather can’t be booked with it 😂.
