Amazing guide, just 1 question, can you replace the type c flex for any other one that fit in the slot? cuz in my country parts for this phone are non existent and replacements from other country cost like half the phone, i'm curious if you could change it for another.
Very nice seeing this video! I am Abhinav Janak from Hyderabad, India. I am using HTC U11 Plus phone since last 2 years and I am a huge fan of HTC. I have another U11 plus phone in which the gravity pressure sensor grip flex cable ( Pressure touch sensor) isn't working, bought it from another user. Probably the part isn't there inside or has a loose connection. This part is there on both left and right on the sides of the phone as you know and which gets the squeeze function ( Edge sense ) on the phone. I was hoping to see you would show this set ( Left & Right ). I wanted to know how this set of parts look like. But you did not show it. Can you kindly make another very elaborate video dissecting the entire phone and showing this set of parts so that I can plan to procure them for my phone. Do also let me know from where I can get them. Thank you
Thank you. Guess I will replace the shattered backside. If I was able to do a battery replacement on my old HTC 10 without damaging the LCD my first try, I should be fine. 😇
