I made this a few weeks ago after watching the video. Instead of squash and cabbage I used a sweet potato sliced and new potatoes cut in half. I fixed it the same way as the squash and we loved it. Keep the recipes coming Tom!
We tried it for dinner tonight everyone loved it. I added yellow squash and Zucchini to the mix. The cabbage was great being from the south we fry everything lol but this was top shelf!!!
I second your stance on parchment paper and stocked up for the apocalypse. 😃 I've never made butternut squash before but I might just try now after seeing you tackle it. I will use hot, spicy andouille sausage.
