Simon and Talksport in general l, talking about boxing is like me taking about the business law. We both don’t have a clue what we’re on about!
Didn’t say a word when fury had a stinker against wallin
Those guys are white Englanders that know nothing about boxing.
Simon is such a drip, can imagine he’s the dad at the BBQ that has an issue with how everything’s cooked
One thing people never talk about is aj has never been put down he has always gone down!!! Big difference he doesn’t have the heart to go deep!!!
Please explain?
Ruiz defo put him down
@@jasonantigua6825 he’s taken punches and gone to ground got out without as they say gone out on his shield
@@nathanbrownbill2310 he went down didn’t get dropped
I’m glad Martin Keown was there to comment on this subject.
Spot on Simon. Benn playing the victim cheered on by Hearn.
Benn attempted to make himself the victim instead looks like a clown he even used the race card at one point
Joshua is the new joe Bugner fights to survive not win Joshua will never regain any world title.
Connor Benn is such a charming young man. The way young Connor handles himself is testament to his character……. 🤔
If he’d knocked him out in Rd 1 everyone would of said Franklin is useless, Joshua is still gunshy but it was a competent win.
ITS WAFFLE! Whether or not Matchroom make fights that suit them, the Joshua fights have ALWAYS suited us (the fans)! That’s what we care about because we pay the money! NOBODY in their right mind can question Joshua’s resume even after he’s been knocked out!
🤣🤣
@@fpvDRE you got to laugh at the AJ fanboys 🤣
@@almac9203 yep Al 🤣🤣
Eddie, was just about to ask Simon, if he wanted a job at the Matchroom sunbed shop.
Simon can’t stop talking about Eddie, living rent free in his head 😂
He's right about Eddie though, we all know it.
He’s right though, would you rather it gets ignored & the drug cheat continue fighting without facing consequences
Eddie's burner account
@@KA-kp3rb very true Easter Egg Connor has too much arrogance
Ruiz did the same thing to AJ as Serra did to GSP, they turned them into safety first fighters.
Simon called it last year , now people are starting to believe Anthony Joshua is finished.
Just like he called the Usyk Fury fight happening the day before it was officially declared to be off.
@jackieboy johnson in fairness he cant see negotiations happening.. but we can all see ajs falling from height
@@ryanlodge5814 It seemed pretty obvious the fight wasn't going to happen for anyone reading between the lines. Simon was almost adamant it was happening right to the last. Another failed boxing prediction from Mr Jordan I guess.
Was right about aj tho 👍🏿
@@ryanlodge5814 What did he say exactly because I'm pretty sure he predicted AJ to beat Usyk in the second fight and unbelievably he said he fancied AJ in a third.
Why does Simon call Franklin a journeyman? He isnt top 20, or seemingly a world beater, but it's not like he has lost a large percentage of his fights
D7de doesn't even know the meaning of journeyman
People forget fury was taking ukad to court for a failed drugs test. But old Franky boy is being well looked after as per usual
Good show Simon is 100% correct
Well he didnt knock the microphone out of his hand did he??
Talk sport guilty of over exagerating an incident.....
Conner benn up for the outburst of the year award lol
Franklin had one loss on his record before AJ, Simon calls him a journeyman😂
Why is this Simon guy even speaking what are his boxing credentials lol
Simon Jordan doesn't/hasn't offered anything to boxing. He expresses faux outrage to make up for his own failures.
Biggest problem with AJ ,he's doesn't like a fight!!! He wants to jab and stay safe now but seems scared of actually getting into a fight!!!!
Outrage here
Outrage there
Take a chill pill.
Very fair assessment from Simon 👏🏼
Hit the microphone out his hands, You can see it clearly in the video flying through the air and crashing onto the floor.
All these interviews with Simon and Gareth could be summed up in one sentence - regardless of what Benn has done...
"Social media made you all way too comfortable with disrespecting people and not getting punched in the face for it.”
- Mike tyson
Disrespecting people how? He says it as it is and the promoters and fighters don’t like the truth. He says a lot of things that fight fans say but our voices don’t get heard, his does and it hurts them!
Suppose you’d ratehr he tip toes round Hearn and his fighters
There's saying things, and there's relentlessly trying to ruin someone's career/life Month upon month upon month.. Ask controversial questions - fine, challenge a view point once - fine. But to then expect to stroll upto them like your best mate and want views for your channel. These people are fighters. Not pay pigs. What do they expect
@@wally8867 fighters and promoters need to be pushed relentlessly especially in a situation like this.
@@jmc4226 define relentlessly, creating hundreds of articles and comments on a fighter over a 9month period? Doing everything they can to slander a person and alot of the time peddle gossiped lies? Everybody in the limelight should have a difference of opinion challenged. But push someone and you dont expect them to push back or ignore you? Strange how Davies didn't ask any of the controversial questions to his face.
*Wilder knocks AJ out cold*
Andy Ruiz ended ajs career
Hes earned over 100m since the first Ruiz fight so it not bad for a ended career
@@aceofynyswen6977 ye he’s earned loads of money but he’s never been the same fighter , he’s terrified to take a clean shot

Simon can't let it go since Eddie schooled him 😂
Fury was under investigation by the BBBc for a positive drugs test but still went and fought Vlad in Germany… Lest We Forget
Bwah bwah😢

Just because they have a platform you think you can bully people.
@@bison7664 I think with what he's been going through be it guilt or genuinely baffled, the media haven't helped
It’s almost like Fury hasn’t fought for decisions against lower opposition. AJ looked way better against franklyn than Fury did against Wallin. AJ wasn’t as beaten and bloody and looking as fearful as fury did in that fight.
With Wallin, Fury used his fear to his advantage. When AJ feels fear in the square circle, he is disadvantaged by it.
Though Fury has made a prick of himself recently, he is still levels above AJ overall.
The still frame images of GAD talking to Benn was from a totally different night.
No it wasnt, same clothes on was same night
Stop talking crap, you weapon.
@@X5JJA3764 I think you’re right. Just that Benn had a jacket on. Weird that they didn’t show that footage though as it looks like in the still image Benn is really going at it with GAD. At the very least it shows that GAD approached Benn more than once.
Oh yes Martin keown and Simon Jordan who specialises in boxing
And your here watching them 😂🤡
Derrick James is getting AJ to do the fundermentals right Jab , move and create angles the fight was not close its not always about the knockout AJ will get better
Why don’t they ask Fury why he was banned for 2 years?
Because he wasn't..his case with Ukad dragged out for 2 years while Fury was retired. Educate yourself
It dragged out as he refused to deal with it. Went on a bender and claimed mental health
My big question is, does Jordan understand the meaning of 'to dissuade'?!
I’m convinced he doesn’t know what half the words he uses means. He always used 10 words when 2 will do
i watched the fight, its not even arguable, AJ looked technically better, he done the basics better, hes jab, he threw more, but 75% into the fight he got a little cautious, however..... he looked better in terms of his fitness, he wasn't blowing like you usually see him in the corner after 6 rounds and he was heavier!, definitely more economical with his punches. he needs to throw combinations more though, but i was impressed, he just needs to get more of a killer instinct which is what i think hes lost since he got knocked out by ruiz.
He's 33 and only just got better at the basics? He's finished . Not elite. Never was. Been exposed and now wants to cash out.
Threw more? Your off your rocker.. one of the lowest punch output heavyweight fights I've seen in forever.
Simon Jordan still pissed off that Eddie Hearn beat him on his own patch
If Fury had the same performance people would be saying he's the next Ali and a masterful boxer. His defense has noticeably improved, a solid first outing with a new trainer. You have to be insane to nit pick a performance he won 10 rounds in.
Difference is now pal fury stops people aj doesn’t the rolls have reversed aj used to knock people out now he wants to box and move and fury now stops people
He won every single round. I don't see how anyone can score a round for Franklin to be fair. And AJ was never in trouble, not even once.
@@jamielowe463 Which people Fury stops ? 40 years old his bud Chisora? He couldn't even drop him once. Chisora didn't even give it a try in the camp. He was so out of shape, it was unreal.
Fury is featherfisted bum, who ducked all of top guys in the divsion.

@@jamielowe463 Fury wouldn't stop Franklin, he struggles against shorter fighters and most tall fighters including AJ do. Jermaine is a tough guy with good skills, I'm from the Ohio a state right across from Michigan. I've seen Jermaine in the amateurs and sparring never been buzzed or dropped.
