Not that the perches and plastic bottle combination wasn't good, but when it comes to determination and stubbornness then the squirrels are true masters that just have to come up with a way that differs from your intention.
I stumbled across this channel by accident and have become hooked. I love getting up in the morning and watching the squirrels while sipping coffee. The scenery and background music is a perfect blend for easing my way into the day. Amazing content.

This year I saw a program on TV about how smart and quick learning they are. In the program, you could see how a man built a long obstacle course for squirrels to use to reach the food, they only used the long obstacle course once before they had realized how they could reach the food place faster. So it's pointless to do that, as they quickly find a shortcut to the food.
Just magic watching the entertainment, minus AI! I would suggest getting a pair of studded crampons for getting around, not full crampons obviously. One can very generously say Dani, that you are deserving of your 100k. All the Love, ROBIN

If you are afraid of ice, have a look at a thing called broddar, which are strap-on spikes for your shoes. I never leave the house without them during the white season, and you will be able to walk on ice like it was nothing! You can find those cheaply in almost every supermarket here in the north, and definitely at stores where you can buy winter jackets.

So fun to watch these critters, big and small! Have you and Juan thought about getting spikes that you can wear on your boots for traction? Very helpful for walking around in icy conditions. Also maybe snowshoes as well.
