I don't understand the damage of the metallic pets. Why do prodigious do more dmg than the ascended? I'm guessing there's RNG involved when you acquire one. Do tiers even matter?
It’s because of the polished metal upgrade when shiny skins gives metallics more damage and 1k shiny skins is 2x damage to the metallic of that pet type, and you get more of shiny prods than anything els like for example if you have 1k mythical shinies that’s 2x damage for the mythical metallic and ascended you have 2k shinies because there easier than mythicals so that’s 3x damage for the ascendeds and 4k shiny prods are 5x damage to prods

Back then prodigious was the highest eggs you could buy so you wound up with LOTS more prodigious shinies than ascended or mythical and it drove their damage much higher than anything else.

@@MarcySigler-bv9sb every metallic is worth 1 point but a gold is 2 total points because it was a chrome to a gold and so on
