I used this hairstyle (minus the pancaking) for two days of soooo much scuba diving and it kept my hair safe from snagging and tangling (I have fine but very curly hair). It means more "publishable," either digitally or in print, like the kind of hairstyle you might see in a magazine, website or advertising. Think of a photoshoot for Vogue or something where might want a lot more volume and drama than anyone would wear in everyday life. (I know I copied someone else's comment but they explained it really well and they probably won't reply to every single comment asking what editorial means)
      Edit: I know I am a year late but oh well.

    • @Staurosporine
      @Staurosporine 5 лет назад +9

      Aaaa, not really, only when it's useful :-D
      I have thick hair - about like this model - and many braids are impossible (or I would need super long hair, like 60 cm) because the ends of braids are too big, no tucking of anything etc.
      They almost always pick models with the perfect thickness, length and structure, so it doesn't make much sense to watch if your hair is different :-/
