Legally it's more of an issue of 8 bars or more. She does mention the tune to set the listener up, so when they hear the melody they think, Oh, how nice. That's clever.. Quotes of other writers exist in all genres of both popular & serious music. Nobody goes bananas when the writers go unaccredited.
