this is my opinion on Yasaka Ma Lin Soft Carbon
MA LIN SOFT CARBON has the same outer veneer as the famous EXTRA blade. Its medium soft characteristics is appreciated by players who want increased ball feel.
In SOFT CARBON Yasaka is using a special, very thin Carbon fibre to improve the speed and enlarge the Sweet-spot.
Together with the thicker wooden middle veneer it gives good power.
The combination of the "power part" (carbon+thicker middle veneer) and the softer outer veneer makes Ma Lin SOFT CARBON the perfect choice for power players who need a good ball feel for best performance.
because of the innerforce structure it is one of the best blades for players looking for Carbon blade

Nice video, im looking into this for a friend who liked my blade but is on more of a budget, i use the harimoto ALC and he really likes the well balanced feeling of it.
Question is, dp you think this blade is very head heavy or is it more balanced like a butterfly blade? Not a fan of the super head heavy DHS type of blade
This is a balanced blade bro it is not like DHS blades which are head heavy

@@TTwithRoy thank you for the quick response Roy. Have you tried the normal Ma Lin Carbon? The composition looks comparable to the innerforce ALC with only the outer layer being different iirc
@@GuoJing2017 yes bro it's an innerforce carbon blade but it's slower then normal innerforce carbon blades but it's really good for players looking for Carbon blade and are new to Carbon Blades

What is the diffrence between malin carbon and malin soft carbon
Ma lin Carbon has thicker carbon layer as compared to Ma Lin Soft carbon which consists of thin Carbon layer
In ma lin Carbon the first layer is of Limba then ayous then Carbon
But in ma lin SC the first layer is of Anigree then limba and the Soft carbon
This is the main difference

This or the DHS inner ALC (301, 301x, fang bo b2x)?
Bro if you are shifting from all wood blade to Carbon
Then go for it
As this blade is a starter point for players looking for a Carbon blade
