I had a house and lot in cavite...aftr 20yrs the house become ruin with no income..I decided to sell it ..then I get a condo unit rented monthly..Im happy for the outcome of my decision...but i know you'll get more income in daily rent basis....but since i am away I just deal for monthly rent becuz of housekeeping management prblm...I don't have anyone can do that for me!..thats why now I got interested in condotels...coz the developer cmpny will manage it for u....I just wish it will work out well...
