I thought that mankind never take the advantage of his medical reps but I realise that there is new policy developed that if any med rep earn and leave the company you will damaged by them financially I earned TDM and I haven't got any amount in my full and final settlement Therefore I want to tell you that with this type of earning you will never grow in market. And sir there is lot of politics happening in Zesteva Mankind here only whom will grow who know how to toadyism. Thank for learning I believe that our all colleges will learn it . Respected sir I have sent several mail to Mr Nitin Pal FC regarding my F& F settlement but no response, I have submitted all the inputs including Dr cheque also to CFA Ranchi & Mr Nitin Pal ,I served for Mankind for 2 years ,almost rs 2 lakh amount I’ll get from Mankind in settlement but neither received any amount nor any response. Please share where I can share so that I can get my settlement amount.
This company will not grow now...cause this is not thinking about its employees,,,,,, Go and ask the base line worker which type of pressure they are putting on them,..all are preparing to leave the company....mr juneja,,,,, Don't play with your baseline....you are more intelligent than your advisor..
