yes i give bnana alone and mixing it with othr fruits like peach apple. And for.me.it.did.not worry me at all. before that give babies colic drops from 4mnth.i started bnana and now its summr i've started peaches

Rather than boiling fruits steam them. They will retain the taste. It will be super yummy. When you voil them they lose their taste. Avocado consistency is thick make it thinner for 6 month baby or it will lead to constipation. My baby suffered for 3 days. Anyhow Good job dear

Does Sooji,apple causes cough, I was giving Apple (boiled n grind inmixie) and Sooji puree (roasted in ghee n cooked in water) and then my daughter caught pneumonia, everyone stopped me giving these as she is 5 month 20 days. It's very much confusing what to give or not. Pls guide me
Hi Ankita :), no worries.. I can understand the confusion. In this case, it was not the food (apple, Sooji or ghee ).. Pneumonia is caused by inflammation in the lungs by bacteria, viruses or fungi.. Hope your baby is fine now.. Continue with fruits and vegetables purées (remember the 3 day rule when introducing new foods).. also, try to feed before 6 pm until 6 months :)
