Good afternoon, I’ve got a question. I have all 4 corners plumbed, the treads are level. When I raise the lit all goes well but when I go to lower the entrance lowers but the other end gangs up and the cables go slack. Do you think its the cables not be set at the right length or is it something else? Thanks in advance Davve
