@@SidewalkerDaily please 🥺 a brand is whitelisting my page but they said I should be patient with them for 24hours I would get Facebook approval and they also said I would receive 1500 dollar payment in advance to my bank account. Please when they are whitelisting, does it mean that you the influencer can not find or access your Facebook page for 24 hours till they are done ?
This is super helpful after I received a contract from a major brand. There was no clause to back me up. May I know when is a reasonable time to receive payment based on your experience. Thank you again so much.

Hi! Most times, a brand will send over a contract and you'll have the chance to review and request any changes. We provide our students with a lawyer written contract just in case you ever find yourself needing one. 🤗
If the contract is asking for your bank information for a direct deposit what can you do? I asked if I can get paid through PayPal to be safe. Is it normal for them to ask that?
Typically for contract-specific questions we try to answer those on coaching calls...there's a lot that goes into it and we want to give the right advice. But do what makes you feel safe and if you do need to talk through things, here's our coaching link: sidewalkerdaily.com/coaching-influencers-creators/
Hello, I have a question. As a small business owner, looking for influencers to help spread the word of my brand, if I first start by not paying micro influencers and give them one of my products for free in return for their help posting about the item(s) of my brand, can I still make a contract with them, or contracts should only be used when money is involved?
Hey there! Thanks for your comment; however, we can't answer legal questions here as it depends on many factors. If you would like help with your influencer marketing strategy and figuring out what documents you need you can book a session here - we'd be happy to assist you! sidewalkerdaily.com/consulting-brands-companies/
love the video. i have a questions... what is an equity deal? do content creators get those a lot? i was offered with one but idk how to respond, bc I don't understand. please help if you can ❤
Hi!! Thanks for reaching out, but due to the high volume of requests we receive daily we are unable to answer personalized questions. What we always recommend is to ask the brand about anything you don't understand from the contract, they'll be happy to clear out things before you sign anything 🤗
I loved this video, recently I received a contract and I never even received the products, which I had to pay for shipping, now another brand is sending me a contract and I am a little afraid of being another scam, how to identify if the marks are real?
Ah that's the worst! So sorry. It's hard to give advice about contracts over comments, I'd need to know a lot more. You very first mistake was paying for the shipping. YOU NEVER PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. if they ask you to do that from the very start you can already be sure that it is a scam
A brand reached out to me to be part of their affiliate program, but said they don’t offer affiliate agreements. If they’ve shipped the product already , can I send over my own contract?? I never asked about whitelisting or usage because I forgot! Would it be okay to send it over still before making content?
You should definitely email the brand and ask them how they will be using the content moving forward so that you understand the usage of it. If you have any particular questions, I'd be happy to jump on a call! Here's the link to book a coaching: sidewalkerdaily.com/coaching-influencers-creators/
@@SidewalkerDaily Thank you so much!! I’ll check out the link as well! I’ve already signed up for your email list :) You’ve been so helpful already, I appreciate every bit of it. Thank you again!
I was able to negotiate a better contract with a brand, thanks to this video. They were surprisingly accommodating. 😁
I can’t wait to work with you in the future. You really know your stuff. I have been binge watching your videos all day. You are truly a GEM 💎

Hi Nina, the information is so helpful. Thank you. Wondering is an agreement recommended for gifting partnership? Why or why not?
