This is one of best mangas I have seen on youtube so far. I love the deep lore of the world and transitions in the story. Lots of great characters too.
Hands down one of the best manga I've ever read, and I'm eagerly waiting for more chapters to release. It doesn't rely on cheap trope-chasing or caricaturizing characters instead of just writing them. Yes, there are some tropes that get thrown in, and you also have some tacky humor thrown in every now and then (although some of the humor is very One Punch Man-esque and I did enjoy those moments since they landed well), and sure, some of the main cast are pretty basic in their characterization, but it's passable because there are other great storytelling elements that carry the manga that you'll probably forgive those negative bits. A lot of people who don't know this manga would probably read this for the action or the epic "revenge" stuff, but what seriously carries this manga and what I believe is an example of brilliant storytelling is that behind all of the action and the plot that happens, there's a looming tone of melancholy and somber or solemnity, it's pretty hard to describe. Behind every action that the main character takes, he does so not because of some garbage one-faced reason like "they did bad to me, so I hate EVERYBODY! >:(", but rather... he's doing it because he believes in the late Hero's vision and needs to control the scenes so that they can be led to this outcome. If this sounds familiar, that's because it takes a page straight out of Metal Gear, where Big Boss and Zero do everything in their ability to make The Boss's dream a reality - although, in Metal Gear, Big Boss and Zero have differing interpretations about her dream and that's why they clash, but this is not the case in this manga. There are key moments in the manga where Dwight is constantly questioning himself whether or not his heinous actions are acceptable in the eyes of his beloved late Hero. It's moments like these why I hold this manga in such high regard... because it's a brilliant storytelling element that many manga authors these days don't take advantage of. Most mangaka write too simply, too direct, or are too fast to drive the point of "he wants revenge, so he takes his revenge" that it becomes mindless for the sake of appealing to people who like the satisfaction of getting your revenge. There is very little in the way of internal conflict for those manga's characters, but "The Executed Sage" takes that baton and runs a marathon with it. Dwight has a simple goal in mind that isn't as simple to achieve, but he chooses the most direct path of "becoming a common enemy to everybody else" as his solution and he still second-guesses himself whether this is the right way to go about it. He questions if he's really doing this to take the world into the Hero's vision or if it's really because he just can't forgive that he was betrayed by his own people. It's beautiful characterization that other manga is sorely missing. Another thing I enjoyed about this manga is the worldbuilding. It's not like Demon Slayer where the world was at a standstill until the MC was introduced, but rather, it's a little Berserk-like in that events will take place around the world whether the MC is directly involved or not (however, "The Will of the World" forces those events to have occurred because of the MC's existence, however, this was happening to others before the MC became a threat). The delivery of the worldbuilding is fantastic, too. There's some "tell, don't show" and some "show, don't tell", and then there's "show, but also tell". There's variety, unlike Slime Season 3... six episodes of nonstop meeting room discussion... seriously? Give me a break. The manga is still in its infancy and I really hope the author is able to continue for multiple volumes.
my beds too hard and gives my ribcage problems but in the end i could just choose to matter less so there would be less of a matter to matter my mattress less
Not really. Many claim it's for peace. But in truth they just want to be the CCP leader oppressing and using everyone as tools. Peace only means no resistance to oppose them.
We're aiming for the same goal. Peace. " Standing here I realize, you are just like me trying to make history. But whose to judge the right from wrong. When our guard is down I think we'll both agree that viiiolence breeds viiiolence. But in the end *it has to be this way!* " I carved my own path, you followed your wrath. But maybe we're both the same. The world has turned and so many have burned. But nobody is to blaaaaame! "
'Is Executed' Main Character: Cowabunga it is. 'Kills the ENTIRE KINGDOM in under 15 minutes of this.' Well Fuck, that's gotta be a record for revenge in one of these.
Man, I know he wants revenge and I have no sympathy for the soldiers maybe innocent civilians, because they thought the king in the holy priest were telling the truth, and condemned him for being a monster when he wasn’t. Now they’re getting punished for their arrogance and looking down on someone they didn’t even know .
Like they pretty much the heroes saved the entire world from a demon lord, and a very people they protected, betrayed them that them being demon is bullshit. It’s just so they can get rid of them. Even though they could’ve just made them, I don’t know Nobles, made them Knights or adventurers and not kill them and betray them and that other bulls🤬🤬🤬

This manga somemhow from inside of anime called /death-march-to-the-parallel-world-rhaps. In second or third episodes the story of this manga is coming from some where hundred years in the future the guy that recarnated kills him because the main character of this manga is cursed by the gods and cant die and new hero ends him to he can join his beloved 😊
For what I can tell Dwight is immortal, even though he was hit by holy arrows. He just went to a different body meaning his soul is immortal not the body though. I am technically rooting for the I guess dark hero may know any reason he destroyed the entire kingdom, is because they betrayed him and his beloved . and the only reason this was done is out of petty jealousy. But he’s a king, what hell does he have to be jealous about because he just made them Knights or something that way he can control them but instead he just decides to kill them .
I like the main character instead of just killing the Heroes without any remorse he makes it known that he does feel bad for killing them especially the first Hero he faced

We're aiming for the same goal. Peace.

At 30:37 does the picture of Grom remind anybody else of Papyrus?
why would a piece of parchment be comparable to a digital press of a picture for one to remind one from another?
Like they pretty much the heroes saved the entire world from a demon lord, and a very people they protected, betrayed them that them being demon is bullshit. It’s just so they can get rid of them.
