@@rszy801 ginamit ko lang po kung anong available sa kitchen namin. 1 chilled all purpose cream ( or heavy cream/whipping cream) 1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted) 1/4 tsp coffee (optional) > whisk all purpose cream via mixer till fluffy , then gradually add the melted (cool) chocolate & coffee.
I'M VERY GREATFUL for this recipe. Been looking for an Eggless chocolate cake recipe for a long time. Tried this today and it turned out really MADISO. My only mistake is I used a DIFFERENT PAN. TALL AND CIRCULAR so I had to adjust the BAKING TIME. Be mindful. IBA ANG BAKING TIME IF IBA ANG LALAGYAN. OVERALL it's a great recipe! Thanks chef.

I remember making this kind of cake a long time ago, 30 years ago. It was called Wacky Cake because there’s No butter, eggs or milk. Then the wacky ingredient - vinegar. Just as good as the rich Chico cake. Made this immediately with my apos. They gave it a thumbs up. Chef RV explained very well what was to me a mysterious cake. Thanks Chef.
Hello chef, i'm new to baking. I tried this moist cake. My first cake actually. I followed every steps even the "maturing the cake part". Though i used different choco brand, it turned out delicious. The sweetness was just right. The cake and the ganache had a perfect marriage. My fam and friends loved it. Thank you for this recipe. I will try your other baked goods soon.

I just made a chocolate cake using this recipe, and it’s the best one I’ve made so far! I used dutch-processed cocoa powder for the cake, and used Callebaut for the ganache. It’s so rich and chocolatey :) I love it. I’m surely gonna make another one in the future, but im gonna tweak the ganache to make it much thicker. thank you for sharing.

Hi Chef RV! I've been watching this video endless times already, scared that I might fail on doing it. But I didn't! It was perfect. I baked it the other night just for fun and sumakto pa na birthday ng kuya ko the next day. I thought, magiging fail yung gawa ko because it was my first time to bake and my expectations on the outcome is very low. PERO AYUN NGAAA, IT TURNED OUT PERFECTLY. My family and some relatives loved it! Kasi hindi siya masyadong matamis, which is a big thumbs up for them. Thank you Chef! Will do some of your recipes next time :)

@@mikee3843 I added some ingredients for flavoring and also adjusted the measurement of sugar, etc. This will depend on how sweet you want the cake to be. I baked this for 30 mins at 170C. I hope this helped 😊

I remember making this kind of cake a long time ago, 30 years ago. It was called Wacky Cake because there’s No butter, eggs or milk. Then the wacky ingredient - vinegar. Just as good as the rich Chico cake. Made this immediately with my apos. They gave it a thumbs up. Chef RV explained very well what was to me a mysterious cake. Thanks Chef.
Hello chef, i'm new to baking. I tried this moist cake. My first cake actually. I followed every steps even the "maturing the cake part". Though i used different choco brand, it turned out delicious. The sweetness was just right. The cake and the ganache had a perfect marriage. My fam and friends loved it. Thank you for this recipe. I will try your other baked goods soon.

I just made a chocolate cake using this recipe, and it’s the best one I’ve made so far! I used dutch-processed cocoa powder for the cake, and used Callebaut for the ganache. It’s so rich and chocolatey :) I love it. I’m surely gonna make another one in the future, but im gonna tweak the ganache to make it much thicker.

@@marieltlumibao6370 im using the bake setting po nung oven ko. No light but the heat circulates lang :) our oven is the oster 5-in-1 with airfryer po :) katulad nung sa isang video ni chef

Hi Chef RV! I've been watching this video endless times already, scared that I might fail on doing it. But I didn't! It was perfect. I baked it the other night just for fun and sumakto pa na birthday ng kuya ko the next day. I thought, magiging fail yung gawa ko because it was my first time to bake and my expectations on the outcome is very low. PERO AYUN NGAAA, IT TURNED OUT PERFECTLY. My family and some relatives loved it! Kasi hindi siya masyadong matamis, which is a big thumbs up for them. Thank you Chef! Will do some of your recipes next time :)

@@mikee3843 I added some ingredients for flavoring and also adjusted the measurement of sugar, etc. This will depend on how sweet you want the cake to be. I baked this for 30 mins at 170C. I hope this helped 😊
