बहुत सुंदर विडीयो हरीश जी, नौरंगी दाल देखकर मुंह में पानी आ गया, लाल चावल को उखडी चावल कहते हैं क्योंकि ये बिना पानी वाले खेतों में होते हैं। पहाडों में दो तरह के चावल होते हैं एक वो जो मानसून पर निर्भर होते हैं और दूसरे वो जिनमें नियमित सिंचाई होती है, ! लाल चावल इसलिए ज्यादा होते क्योंकि ज्यादातर पहाडी खेत पानी से दूर हैं, पहाडों का पानी और पहाडों की जवानी कभी पहाडों के काम नही आती!

बहुत सुंदर विडीयो हरीश जी, नौरंगी दाल देखकर मुंह में पानी आ गया, लाल चावल को उखडी चावल कहते हैं क्योंकि ये बिना पानी वाले खेतों में होते हैं। पहाडों में दो तरह के चावल होते हैं एक वो जो मानसून पर निर्भर होते हैं और दूसरे वो जिनमें नियमित सिंचाई होती है, !
लाल चावल इसलिए ज्यादा होते क्योंकि ज्यादातर पहाडी खेत पानी से दूर हैं, पहाडों का पानी और पहाडों की जवानी कभी पहाडों के काम नही आती!
