I had to sit in a booster chair to reach the table. I have tried every noodle recipe there is to try and find this. Without a doubt the best. Thank you for the good food and the wonderful memories
Hello Mike, I love watching your videos. They are entertaining and informative. I have a sort of challenge for you, actually a different way to try ramen. I am literally from the middle of the U.S. Meat and potato country. But my family loves ramen. Now I have to admit, we don't eat authentic asian flavors and recipes, we eat it like Midwesterners. I have seen you get excited about cheese on only one of your videos, where you were able to get lobster baked with cheese. So that is my challenge, no specific recipe, your favorite ramen, any veggies you like (I do highly recommend green onions) and lobster with cheese. The broth turns into a cheesy, flavorful, comfort food, and the ramen with lobster or other seafood, makes your eyes roll back it is so good. It's like a lobster mac & cheese dish, except it is more of a soup. I bet you would love it. Try it, if you dare. I would love to see what you think of it.

Looks awesome. Shin ramyeon is awesome and I know what you mean re: the noodle textures. This company that makes them, Nongshim, has the process down to perfection. Going to make this recipe later this week.
That brand's Kimchi one have gotta be one of the best "commonly" available instant ramen out there. Soo good, especially if you cook it with minimum amounts of water, so you end up with all the flavour infused into the noodles.
Love the videos! You may not get man views right now, but keep it up and you're gonna get just as many as ur other channels. Plus just know that there are thousands of people that now know how to make Asian cuisine.

Mikey you need to go and get a proper classic carbon steel wok.. with no teflon coating. Also you could make a vid on how to season the wok afterwards 😉awesome video
I haven't had any ramen in 2-3 years since reading about how bad it is for your health. I'm still learning about asian cuisine. But for somebody like me who misses ramen what are my alternatives for the usual packaged ramen we all know? I see you eating ramen so much and obviously that stuff is made right there in whatever restaurant you might be dining in.

Made this numerous times. Sometimes with marinated beef, or shrimp. Always a winner with my family.
I made it my son and I love it! Used a different Chinese sausage and no black pepper powder and it was great!

I dislike bell peppers so I usually substitute other (hotter) peppers, and reduce other heat sources (hot sauce, white pepper, etc.).

The wok I have I absolutely LOVE its not teflon coating it's diamond coating, all natural, non stick no rust and awesome

Every wok I've ever seen needed seasoning. Otherwise they rust.
Mike, have you tried Vite Ramen? Those are noodles like Shin ramen but you can buy just the noodles.
