Chuck thank's again for your information and the effort I really appreciate and believe me, Europe is listening to you! Ok, most of the folks over here
Chuck, You are hands down the best professor on value investing and dividend stocks on RUclips. I’ve learned so much from watching your videos and being a fast graphs subscriber. Self-disclosure: I recently started a position on OHI, so I’m very happy to see you talking about it. Keep up the awesome work. Bravo 👏!!!
Thank you, Chuck, for this video; and greetings from Germany! I started my position in OHI in 2017 and up to now it returned 25% of my costs just from dividends - with no cut in the pandemic.
Started a long position in OHI a few weeks ago, good to have you validate it, Building STAG a little at a time, too. Other REITs - IRM, WPC, FRT, & O. Thank you.
Another great review! Waiting for the release of the new version of Fast Graphs! Keep up the great work! I, myself, am long O & STOR, I used to have LTC in my portfolio, but sold out most of the position. I've read good things about VICI, WPC & Simon properties, but don't see myself investing in things I haven't done my due diligence. Waiting on your next review, Stoyan
Hi Chuck, When is the best time to move REITS From a Taxable account to a Roth Account. I am 57 Yrs old and plain to retire at 62. Or is it best to leave them were they are. I do understand they are tax at regular income in my taxable acct. Thanks again and looking forward to your FASTGRAPHS new version when released.
wouldn't it be better to allocate into growth stocks if you seek growth? REITs should be used primarily as hedges and income if needed, and the growth reits may offer neither as good growth as growth stocks, or as much income as high yield REITs. It is an interesting balance and depends on each individual, I suppose there is no wrong choice.

I've been waiting for a new FASTgraphs video this week! Thanks Chuck!
Great video Chuck, looking forward for next Tuesday.
The German late night fan club is still up listening to you as it seems :-)
When I saw the title I was hoping that VICI would be on this list and I was not disappointed. It's nice to own a slice of America's playground.
"ownership over loanership"
I also started a position in OHI and NHI.
Thank you as well as the Fastgtaphs team for all of the information you provided my investment life with:)
Started OHI one day before this video came out :-)
Hey Chuck! I just bought some VICI on the pullback Monday. See how it turns out in a decade! Thanks for the video!

Hi Chuck, I really enjoy your videos. How about doing a video on tech's old guard from the dot com bubble (intc, orcl, msft, csco, hp, ibm)?
I'm looking forward to hearing the comparison of DOC and HTA in the video.
Dang! Was expecting to see MPW on the list 😅 Regardless, very informative video, as always. Thanks Chuck! Cheers from Spain.
He covered MPW in an earlier video. ruclips.net/video/SSrQ1LRFUfk/видео.html

REITS are great for dividend income
I'm going to start a dividend stock portfolio on M1 Finance and what some input as to what are some good dividend stocks to put in it?

I like the IIPR and own it.
Stag, o, good and stor all nice reits I own
What do you think of EXPI?
Would FFO and AFFO also be good measures to evaluate non-REIT stocks?
Thanks!
What would be a good price to open a $OHI position?
Greetings from Belgium 🙂
@centrino538: I like the current price as I stated in the video. Regards, Chuck
@@FASTgraphs Thanks! 🙂
I have O, IIPR, WPC, Pine all winners
Does FastGraphs have a filter to see which stocks are undervalued?
yes there are several ways to screen for value, regards Chuck
