Nils is cool & cocky, Bianca is fun & flirty, so much fun to watch!
What I don't like about Nils is that he wants to take the center stage instead of giving the lady the appropriate framework. A professional dancer would always have a look on it tp do that! It looks like the lady is a means to an end and doesn't matter otherwise. What a shame, if he took hisself something back, the performance would be much better. I would be interested in how Nils is as a person. In real life, these people are actually often narcissistic personalities.

@@mel924 If you think so, that's ok. It changes nothing to the point of professional dancing and which part the man should have. Maybe only professionals and really keen amateurs know that ;-) . And I stay at my opinion: he gives his dance-mate not the platform she should get, because he wants obviously be the peacock. I feel with his dance-mate, poor girl. So that's all ;-) Adieu!

Don’t think he is doing anything deliberately, - he just adores dancing and looks soooo happy when doing so. Think he is a real neat person expressing his joy when dancing in such perfect movement with the music and when his partner does the same they become one great team together.
Nils is a good ‘leader’ when he dances with his partners and the ladies seem to adore him having lots of fun too...
That’s my take, - love watching these videos, they make you feel so good inside...😀 💃🏽🕺💕

I've watched this more than I've viewed any dance. It's always a great pleasure, and I always see something new.
To coin a phrase, "poetry in motion". Absolutely enchanting - you are both fantastic.
They don't have to wear showy costumes, or act sexy. They just feel the music. I have never watched anyone so light on their feet. Makes you feel like you are right there with them.
Nil expresses complete respect to Bianca. Since the first time I watched them dance to one of my favirite songs, My Girl,
I was hooked.

That is the first thing I noticed, too. Nils is clearly the focus in this dance with his footwork and white socks. Bianca has only a plain black dress and drab green shoes for some reason. But she is cute and has a beaming smile! Lots of great tricks in this routine.
Here's to Bianca! A woman smart enough to allow her partner to shine and still sparkle equally!
I lost my sweetheart of 56 years four years ago. This dance reflects our love for each other to such a degree that I cry every time I watch it and I have probably watched it 1 million times! That is my sweet baby and he love me…. all 56 years till he took his last breath and I said goodbye for now I will see you again in Heaven!❤ Thank you Niles and Bianca, every little movement and gesture makes my heart swell because I felt so loved by Thomas James Buck my sweetheart of 56 years and I loved him back, so sweet! yes I do miss him!❤😢

I am an old man now, 85 years in fact, but watching these two dance takes years off my age, and reminds me of my nights spent in the ballrooms of Leeds, Blackpool, liverpool and London, when I too couldhold my own on the dance floors of those great cities.

@@james7149 Hi James. Thank you for your comment. The great thing about my era of dance was that it was fun, just like when you watch Nils and Bianca, we all had smiles on our faces. Now when I watch kids dancing it is soooo complicated that they frown all the time as they try to remember what to do next. I count myself very lucky to have been born in the 30`s, as the 30`s and right up to the early 50`s was the era of "Big Band Music" and they were so easy to keep time to, if your ears worked, you could not go "Out of Step" with the music.
@@terrywright7470 Hi Terry, a valid point you make regarding modern dance and young cultures...I see the difference that people back in the big band days connected with each other...these days dance brings on the young ones keeping to themselves while dancing...sometimes they have the look on their faces of: “What am I doing here?”😉
I live in northern Tasmania and by the 1950’s my relatives had formed a family band. They’d travel the local country towns, play dances at the halls in these towns. This brought locals together, they’d catch up, maybe new romances began, but overall it was a wonderful way for communities to connect. For all the wonders of the internet, the price we’re paying is that our youth are losing the ability to communicate, face to face or certainly by the act of dancing...perhaps Nils and Bianca demonstrate that their wonderful forms of dancing will always be around, maybe even have a resurgence? I have to watch their dances at lest three times. Once to focus on Nils, once on Bianca and again for the over all effect. Of course it ends up being more than three times :)

This is my favorite dance by them … love it , they just seem to slide! …So spontaneous, … no effort …. So easy !!!!!!!

I was 17 when hey baby came out , I never could dance myself so I really enjoy watching someone who can ...I’m in my late seventies now, God has been good to me in the second half of my life for which I’m much grateful...life is quite a journey....🙏 I enjoy every day given me ...
I’m exactly the same age and when I was 17, I couldn’t dance either. Fun to watch these great dancers.

I love the routine but, even more than that, I love the smiles on their faces as they dance through the music. So many times when you watch people dance, they have such serious expressions on their faces and it really takes away from the overall joy in watching the dance. Kudos! Great routine! Great Attitude!

@@richardgodfrey5593 Oh, we lined up to dance with mom and dad: they would split up and each jitterbug with us, swirling us behind and pulling us through their legs. We lost daddy to VietNam in 69, but our days of dancing on polished floors didn't end as mom tried to keep us whole. This is why I still love it so much!
Bianca feels so much joy when they pull off a move. They're great together.
