BIPASHA MUKHERJEE is a formally trained Hindustani Classical vocalist based in South Carolina, USA. Bipasha comes from a musical background and her mother Nivedita Mukherjee was her first music guru. Later on, Bipasha joined The Maestro Padma Bhushan Pt . Ajay Chakraborty’s tutelage at SHRUTINANADAN music school, Kolkata, India, where she got taalim for many years. She also got mentorship from Dr. M. Balamuralikrishna Ji in Karnataki music for a brief period of time.
Bipasha's debut recording was released at the age of 14. She has been performing on many prestigious musical platforms and received many accolades and recognition. Bipasha has a strong fascination with classical and semi-classical, music like Thumri, Ghazal, Bhajan, Bengali & Hindi melodies.
