Mam, even after sieving powder does not flow freely in my pen. Any idea

Some reasons could be
1) Rangoli pen not filled completely with rangoli powder
2) Some of the rangoli pens are defective
3) Try nylon powder ( available in Jayanagar Shopping Complex Bengaluru ) , it flows well
