Sometimes I feel bad for Gyunsang lol. When the Unnies were recording, he filled the spot of the missing members during their practice, but only the handsome sm trainer got credit for that. Also, today he didn't complain when his insecurity was reveal. I feel bad when they cheered on Somi's father. I was like where is he again lol

I love how they all changed a little during the time they spent together even the coaches esp mr. serious he seems really comfortable with them now, he smiles and laughs a lot easier he's a lot more open minded now he even seems okay with the teasing

I don't typically watch this type of show but watching the Unnies is truly unique. They are bridging the gap's of different generations together and people from all different aspects of life coming together in this form of unity in doing something completely out of the ordinary. To see them perform this well from who they were before is an incredible transformation. I have to say that I am very proud of this group. They have accomplished so much in such little time. It just makes you appreciate them that much more.
Congratulations to them all and all the people behind the scenes to make this happen.

It's even more remarkable when you learn that all-female variety shows were not a thing in patriarchal South Korea before SSD. They thought they were taking a big risk just doing this show in the first place; now look at it. So many people around the world are cheering for Unnies.
And that they were practicing for this with full schedules during the rest of their time!! Most variety shows are just a job that you finish once the schedule is over that day, but they used all of their free time practicing and preparing for this.
This is just only for 3-4months to prepare so it’s really amazing how they work so hard to debut,

Somi is actually very mature for someone her age. She works hard for her dream. She didn't even act cute to gain attention even though she's the maknae. From the latest ep(ep 15) I could see that she really loves being on stage singing. I wish jyp will let her debut soon as a singer.

I think hong jinyoung & han chaeyoung, and then somi and minzy both got some really awesome friendship out of this. all 7 of them got really close, but those two pairs especially - i feel they'll stay close for life :')

thats because she can't sing... thought that was obvious and im not even hating it just needs a lot of practice to be able to sing well. most visuals in normal groups don't get lines for the same reason so i dont see why y'all should be sad. imagine if you trained hard most of your life to sing well and u get the same amount of lines as someone who has been singing for like a year.

Yewon is a little fluff ball and I'm proud of her! Chaeyoung is so cute and awkward. Jinkyoung and Sook are a great funny duo. I love them all and will miss them so much 😭❤️

She has an amazing body as well jinyoung for having the appetite she does her body is amazing minzy has always had a great figure and well somi is still young so of course she has great figure and yewon has an amazing body for her age as well
I just love how the trainers, who are used to doing backstage work for the whole of their careers, have become part of the actual cast and took their turn to share the spotlight in this show 😌😌

I'm in love with this season/cast! All the girls are amazing individually and even more together! Their bond is so great, they work so well together and bring out the best in eachother and at the same time you can see how they genuinely enjoy eachother company and they are just HILARIOUS together! They all have such different & interesting personalities yet make a perfect match! I also like how they are not scared to show their flaws & insecurities so we can relate to them more! Like seeing Chaeyoung who looks so perfect being so awkward & insecure is so cute & refreshing! Yewon is so real & touching and made me cry many times. JinYoung amazes me, she's so full of life and energy, she's a ray of sunshine! Jinkyung is hysterical, she makes me cry of laughter but she is also very endearing. Her & Sook are the perfect, funniest duo! Somi & Minzy are so hardworking and passionated for their young ages its so inspiring, they were made for this, but you can see how they are just still young girls who want to have fun & enjoy their youth, they are so cute together! Its crazy how hard they all worked and how much they achieved in such short time, I feel like a proud mom haha! This season is my favorite because of their great personalities and their true friendship, I wish I had friends like them! I feel so invested more than in any other variety shows, I'm rooting for them and hurting with them, I never want this season to end :(

I was so satisfied with final edit of 맞지? all UNNIES did their parts so well. It's unfortunate Season 2 already ending it went by so quickly.😔 Season 3 in future production hopefully? I'd like to see Minzy & Jinyoung brought back too.

I'm so happy with Jinkyung's outfit. I was so worried they would dress her in something that doesn't do her justice (just try to make her look goofy like a comedian) but they really did a good job with her outfit!
Ahhhh I really really really don't want this show to end. I cried when they played the full song at the beginning, haha. I'm just so proud of them! I wish they could continue doing Unnies, but I know all of them have their own busy schedules... I honestly feel really sad for them, right when they seem to be coming together as a real group they'll have to end. I especially feel sad for Somi, every time she joins a group and starts feeling comfortable it has to end because it's temporary.
I kind of hope they continue to release stuff and perform as Unnies in the future, even if it's only occasionally. It doesn't have to be all the time like a typical girl group - I would be happy hearing from them just every so often!
Coming back here because I miss them so much. I miss SOMI and the vocal coach!! I'm still waiting for season 3. Come on! Please give it to the viewers! 😭😭

Casting them again won't be difficult as they have agreed to do season 3 again. BUT..... they may not be a season 3 because of many reasons. At the moment, my understanding is they are no decision to continue yet. The PD actually asked fans to write on the message board, letting KBS knows we want more.

The MV was so wonderful!!! The director really did a good job of making and editing it!! But the main thing, I had goosebumps throughout the episode!! Just that realisation that they finally achieved it makes me so, so proud but so sad at the same time because that means this is going to end and I am NOT ready for that!!!

looking back to this episode, Somi really worked hard... and even though she missed her chance to be part of twice, she became part of ioi, after ioi broke up, she became part of unnies and got to experience what it's like to be with the actress, entertainer, idol from different generation as her, she was rumored to be part of itzy's line up and was excited for it, but it turns out she wasnt, i was upset at first, but she became part of Blacklabel and got to experience what its like to be a real artist where you have a say at every part of your art/music. from lyricist, composer, album inclusions/packaging, mv directing/editing and even advertisement.
ultimately, i was happy she became a solo artist with a creative freedom to showcase her work and her innate talent grew while being surrounded by like minded people (artists from blacklabel who basically have creative freedom too and are singer/song writer)

Im new here. It was my first time watching Sister's Slamdunk. Actually, i just started last night. Minzy brought mehere. While i was binge watching 2NE1's contents. Ahhhhh~~ im loving them all.
I'm so glad I took the time to watch all of these episodes so far. I had watched Season 1 and loved the Unnies and didn't know how I was going to feel watching Season 2 knowing that it wasn't going to be the same girls in the group (I think if anything, I was hoping Hyorin would return because it was her dream originally). At first I wasn't really feeling it and connecting to the cast but now I'm really into it and I've laughed and cried so much with them. What I really like the most though about the Unnies is that they're not just relying only on the pop stars who are in the group to carry the entire song, dance, and music video. I feel like they are all trying really hard to make it work and become a success - that's what makes the group so great. I feel like I'm a big fan now of Yewon, Somi, and Jinyoung the most even though I didn't know a single thing about them prior to watching this show (I love everybody in the Unnies too - not just them!
Awwww, Beautiful music and wonderful performance by these girls. I have to say that I am very proud that they have come so far. Minzy and Somin are naturals and of course, they are always perfect. But all the other girls don't have this kind of background and they have performed marvelously and so courageously. I love their efforts! 🤗🤗👍👍
Yewon battled through her singing fear, and Han Chayeong accomplished something they never done before in their lifetime. It is so beautiful to see. The song is also very catchy and I love it. The fact that it was sung by these girls makes it that much better than the typical girl group. There is a lot of heart put into this in such a short amount of time. Keep fighting girls! You made a big fan out of me along with my friends and family. With many many love from California!!

For me this show is more fun and engaging to watch than watching dramas. It's so hilariously adorable. I can tell just by watching the shooting of their MV that it will turned out great. The MV is full of colors, it has story. Moreover, the people who helped them are also part of the MV, it's like they all in this together. A whole journey from beginning to end 💕

after watching sisters slam dunk for the second time I noticed how sook is not just the one who's teasing jinkyung the most but at the same time praising her the most and always hyping her up and is the one explaining jinkyung to others kinda. I love it. imagine having sook as your mother or aunt
I love this season because I really felt their love towards each other. Like a family. Plus the eonnies from season 1, really did well with this season not only because they are fun to be with the other members, they are also a good influence to Somi and Minzy.
