O, new lesson! I started playing piano from zero, and after 10 days practice by your lessons, I already can play first notes page of fur elise. It was super easy. Awesome!! Thanks a lot!
Thanks for this great lesson I’ve been playing for a couple months with not much progression so I think it was a good idea to come learn some scales. the octaves exercise is tricky but I understand finger placement better than I did before. I will definitely check out more of your lessons.
I say: 1 plays the white notes 3 plays the black notes and 2 is kept in reserve for the 'extra' white note. Then I talk about avoiding 'twisted fingers': 2 goes first LH ascending and RH descending. Great video, I liked the fun exercises, thank you😊
I'm so glad because I'm learning piano alone, and I've basically done everything in this video (except for minor thirds and minor sixts, I've done only major thirds). I was also thinking to apply hanon exercises, I wonder if it's a good idea. In any case, I really like your videos, I hope you could do one about fingerings for modes.
Lovely and clear. Enjoyable. Would like to understand the Circle of fifths . I always have to look at a chart to get the correct key signature on any sheet music. Thankyou
Fun stuff. I like to play this scale. Mostly one hand at the time. I've come up with lots of interesting exersises, accenting certain notes, play the notes in different tempo, etc
When I started out I was watching too many videos that were too advanced for my level. But one complaint I heard from many advanced piano players was that they didn't spend more time on chromatic scales. BTW I am working with my teacher to learn triads before moving on, and it is paying the dividends. Love this exercise, Jazer. It was good that you showed thirds and sixths, and didn't encourage parallel fifths. It might be nice to do a video showing how to play scales a third or sixth apart. I've tried it, even though it's an advanced technique. It's a lot of fun, but the fingering is a nightmare sometimes.

Wonderful teaching! Am excited. Am not confident from 4 onwards, but can practice. Thanks
Brilliant tutorial ! You really are such a helpful guy !
Thanks for passing on this very helpful music information....it will definitely take me up to the next 7 levels.

Indeed it's a brilliant tutorial Sir. Can you change the location of captions, which overlap notes. Thank you.
Especially loved the variations. Every opportunity to train in independent fingering in similar motion helps!
Thanks so much Jazer, you are a great teacher

I use some of these daily as part of my warm ups. Never tried starting in a third or sixth before. I will definitely give that a try, Thks!
Thank you Jazer! This was a great refresher.
I just finished a list of techniques to learn and I was wondering what chromatic scales are. This Video comes in perfect timing. Thank you. 😊
More exercises please!
This is a fantastic video! Thanks! 👍
Superb Sirjee
Thank You 😊
I need a warmup. Thank you Jazer lee ❤❤❤
Ab also splits the keyboard symmetrically. So, when doing contrary motion, you could start on D or Ab.
Of course, the Tritone is the halfway point between notes
