Play saz | Changing strings and fixing tuning pegs

Here, I show how to change the strings on saz/baglama. That can be a little nonintuitive. The tuning pegs can also be somewhat annoying at times, so I show how either carbon from a pencil or stearin from a candle can be used for them to work smoother.
