if we're talking about fun factor, personally i think tmaggy > maggy, cain > tcain, tlost > normal lost and tjacob > J&E reasonings are that tmaggy is simply more fun and interesting to me, for tcain im not used to bag of crafting and i feel like itd get repetitive, for tlost im a fan of harder characters and love the intrinsic sacred orb + the 1.4x starting damage multiplier, and finally for tjacob i really enjoy manipulating dark esau and just shredding through rooms and enemies - once you get used to it he's honestly insane, plus free devils just by touching dark esau at the end of the floor if we're talking about how good the characters are, tblue baby > blue baby, and arguably tjacob > J&E tblue baby is just simply better realistically once you get used to the mechanics, and dark esau is an amazing tool once youve spent a lot of time with it, like how both characters on normal J&E can be
@@Toumsters its a common misconception but tainted lost doesnt have sacred orb he has his own ability where most defensive items dont spawn like on hit items or hp ups or extra lives

The new item chosen is not guaranteed to have quality over 2." again, its not exactly sacred orb, but its similar to the effect of Q2 items having a 33% chance to be rerolled with sacred orb, and so its called by most an intrinsic sacred orb
i disagree on: Maggy bc T Maggy rules, Cain bc Cain is just fun, hes isaac but with all the little quality of life things he lacks, and Bethany bc normal Bethany has so many more ways to break the game
I wont stand for this tainted blue baby slander You have like 3 free bombs per floor the creep gives you damage, fire rate and an extra effect depending on the poop on it Poison and fire poops can not only be used as improvised explosives, but they also deal a lot of damage by theirself compared to most characters early game, and give you fire mind and scorpio respectively if you stand on creep boosted by them. Also, fire poops can be used to kill shopkeepers The regular poops can drop pickups Corn poops constantly spawn blue flies until there are 3 per corn poop, and can also drop pickups Black poops act like a worse necronomicon, and makes your tears slow if you stand on creep boosted by it Bombs are bombs Farts deal alright damage and can be detonated by fire, like the poison poops And finally, d20 goes hard

Tainted Maggy is way better than Regular Maggy, she bleeds but with slaps you can get half a heart and also the bleeding hearts don't count as red hearts so you don't loose deal chances when you get hit with them.
