I think maybe you could do a series, depending upon how many products you have of the old school products, and detail them 1 by 1 after you have used them. If it's a lot of products, then you could probably do a with you all in one setting, once you've used them.
Very good haul. Love the ORS Curlshow products. It is affordable, you get a lot for your money and these products work. Try the Curl Creator gel with the mousse and let us know. I have tried the ORS Curlshow Multi-Use Styling Cream along with the Curl Creator gel, no flaking. The Styling Cream sank into my strands and made it feel moisturized. Placing the Curl Creator gel on top was just icing on the cake. Holy grail status. I hope more people get put on to ORS because the ingredients are good and if it is popular enough, it will stick around.
I would love for you to try an in-shower wash and go with Camille Rose Curlmaker by itself and then show us your after results. Apply to soaking wet hair and then shake. I get AMAZING results with that method and would love to see how it turns out on your hair.
The Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat Shampoo & Conditioner is a staple for me. I get the large sizes, they’re super affordable salon quality products. I’ve used the 50/50 before also but I like how the tea tree cleanses without stripping. I use it to clarify so it lasts a long time. It has peppermint in it which usually bothers me but I’m able to use it because it isn’t too strong and the scent doesn’t linger in the hair to the point where it upsets my stomach. I used to like the Trader’s Joe version also, possibly for the same reason. The Mielle custard smelled good but didn’t provide enough hold in my humid climate. Great haul. I think when you do the old school series you should follow through with all old school products from cleansing to styling, including the techniques down to ‘scrunching the crunch.’ That’s some old school terminology, lol. if you know, you know😊
The packaging just changed on the Camille Rose lavender line. It goes with your other items from that line. I got a few items from their 10.00 sale too 😊
I just discovered the ORS curl clumping gel a few weeks ago, it’s 🔥. It defines my 4C, coarse, dense, dry hair and provides shine. It defines and shines just as good as Style Factor that I used for years, but much more affordable and easier to use.
Hi Rae! Your “massive haul” lol was very interesting. I’ve been seeing a lot of content creators talk about the Giovanni line lately saying it was one of their favorites as well. So now I’m interested lol. Thank you Rae for sharing. I loved it! Keep em coming! ❤
Hi Rae This was an awesome and massive haul. I truly enjoyed it! I am here for the hair products mostly since I don’t wear perfumes or scented products but thanks for sharing. One suggestion for old school product reviews would be review in the shower (I know you aren’t too fond of this) with voice over later so we can see how it worked then versus now with knowing your hair now as you narrate. I would especially love to hear about the Giovanni and Trader Joe’s shampoo and conditioner. Those large bottles would be worth it if I like them. I will think of more ideas 💡 to suggest for old school product reviews. Also waiting patiently for the new NLS and Aunt Donna’s Vanilla Cream line reviews. I plan on catching CR $10 sale next year to stock up on her DC and then try the Coconut Water line. Also I love using heat with my deep conditioners but hate the in and out of the shower situation. Thanks for this great haul video.
I had to pass on the sales this summer. You got some good products. I love the L'Occitane Amande lotions and body oil better because it smells good. I keep the big tube on my night stand because it is so big. The also love the OSea lotion and oil. Yes, love the 50/50 line and still use the conditioner and shampoo. My TJMax is always out of the big size. I still love the trader joe conditioner use it as a cowash. I've been eyeballing the new Tabitha Brown line. That's my girl.. Very nice makeup colors. Girl you did good, I can't wait to see your videos. Thank you for sharing.
Great Haul!! I have the Camille Rose Chebe line & I love the Deep Conditioner & Buttercream, but the Shampoo is merely ok… I used the buttercream for a wash and go & my hair was soft & moisturized for days! Now the NLS Papaya line is good too!! I loved everything BUT the conditioner. It gave ZERO slip & no moisture… I honestly only like the Agave conditioner from them.. The shampoo is good! Your hair is clean without stripping & it felt soft.. now the leave-in & cream…………. DIVINE!!! My hair stayed moisturized for the entire 5 days before I washed it!!! It smells good, but I was expecting more.. the scent is very light so those who are sensitive to smells will like it…
Thank you! You got a WNG with the buttercream alone? Sorry, you didn't like the conditioner of the Papaya line; I hope I like it. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on all the products in the line; very helpful to those in the comments. Thanks for tuning in.
I love that ORS curls show gel! I saw third eye and glam twinz recommend it and tried and its been in heavy rotation for me. You hair looks amazing btw.
Hi Rae - I love your haul. I love the superfoods mask , it’s one of my favorites as well as the leave in. The Camille Rose Black Castor Oil and Chebe Shampoo and deep conditioners are also favorites of mine. And the Lavender line is good too. I love her products. I recently tried TGIN Miracle Repair Line and I LOVE their whole line and their new Miracle Styling Water Activating Gel gave me the best wash n go in a long time. I did not care for Donna’s sweet potato line I may give her new line a try if I can catch a sale. I love MIELLE Pomegranate mousse but something is different with the leave in. It was not as hydrating as I remembered it to be. But her mousse from that line is 🔥. Giovanni moisture shampoo and conditioner is also a favorite . Your videos are always on point. And your hair is beautiful, and can you share where you got that gold necklace , it’s very nice❤
I'm glad you enjoyed the haul. Thanks for sharing your experience with the lines I picked up. I hope I love them as much as you do. What was it about the sweet potato line that you didn't care for? I got the necklace from The Livin Fearless Collection: www.shoplivinfearless.com/products/karter?variant=43110279348393 It's the line of a fellow RUclipsr.
@@NaturalRaeRaethat hair fair line was VERY moisturizing but did not hold my style. I used the extra creamy hair cream and my twist out did not last. It didn’t have enough hold for me. It was just ok products I found myself not gravitating to it.
Great video! I bought some of the same items from Curl Origin! Thanks for turning me on to them! Because I was about to give up on wash-n-go’s. Great ingredients and their shipping is excellent. I’m looking forward to you using the Ouidad gel! If you’re thinking of a good leave in for that gel; I would recommend their (Ouidad)Moisture Lock leave in. That leave in is a staple for me. It’s really GOOD! Plus, you can pair most gels with it! I am a serious product junkie, so now I’m obsessed with Curl Origin! But Quidad’s moisture lock leave in was the one leave in that was a “go to”.
Thank you! I was hoping to get the Moisture Lock Leave-in, but they wouldn't let me use the coupon code twice, which I didn't like, but oh well. Maybe they'll have another sale before I break them open. I'm glad you're enjoying Curl Origin. 💛
Hello, Rae! That was a massive haul! Can’t wait to see you use the: ORS Curl Show Line… I purchase the Sniff, Rose Era! It’s very pretty and feminine. However, the scent doesn’t last. (On me)… 🤷🏽♀️ Thanks again for sharing! Keep those great contents coming! ❤️
Hi Karen! Thanks for watching the video. I layered my scent by using the Olay or Dove Rose body wash, then I went in with the Tree Hut Moroccan Rose Body Butter, then I used the Rose Era and it lasted pretty well on me. I will say that it is a softer scent so you may have to overspray a bit.
Oohhh Rae you got some gems 💎😉.. luvin this Haul and can’t wait for reviews on these🥰💙.. I’m definitely grabbing the NLS and did pick up the Vanilla mousse and gel and I like them both (and I used it for a twist out and wng 😉) luv CR too 💙..
Oh my you did some shopping! Rae, you know I amnew to this and I can't keep up lol... I do want to try Camille Rose products since you're always saying how good it is. Right now I'm stuck on NLS products because I mainly do twist out since I can't seem to get my wash and go without them being crunchy. I do plan to try the cream Brule you suggested from Alikay. I love your videos and recommendations, I may tey the Juviant makeup because it natural looking especially, since I don't wear it; and you crack me up with those facial expressions 😂 thanks for this haul and keep the recommendations coming (I will get there).😊
I have tried the Curl Origin Curl Serum. It sucks the moisture out my hair. I’ve read others have experienced the same. Curious to know your experience. Camille Rose Jansyns Moisture Max has been holding me down. Algae Renew is outstanding, but I think the Jansyns Moisture Max is top tier. Was not interested in the original Donna’s Recipe line either. Pumpkin spice is not my scent and the original line have wheat protein and silk amino acids (protein). The Leave in for the original line even has isopropyl alcohol high up on the ingredients list. The new line has better ingredients, but still don't like the sodium hydroxide in some products. Can't wait to see your reviews.
Oh no, I hope the Serum doesn't suck the moisture out of my hair. Did you use it with a leave-in, if so, which one? I've never tried the Moisture Max, but if it is better than the Algae Renew, then I can't wait to try it. I'll let you know on the Donna's Recipe line. Thanks for tuning in.
@@NaturalRaeRae Jansyns may not have the most AH-mazing slip ever, but just work it through with your fingers and some water, let it soak in your hair with heat and after repeated use I feel like it got me all the way together! Your hair seems pretty hydrated so hopefully you will like it too. Used the Curling Syrup 5 different ways. Here’s a breakdown from worst to best: 1. No leave in - no slip. made my ends tangled. Probably because it has no glycerin. Hope that helps!!
Hey Rae! I still haven't tried Curl Origin. I've heard nothing but good things. I have that lavender DC & leave in and haven't tried them yet. I rushed to get them but haven't pulled them off the shelf. I can't wait to hear your thoughts on the ORS curl show. I've been eyeing them for when I finish up more products too.

Loved this video! Glad you hauled so I didn't get tempted too😅😂. For your old school products video, how about battling the Giovanni products with the Trader Joe's? When I used in 2018 they seemed to perform the same and had similar ingredients. Also I recently bought the Mielle gel styler so will wait for your thoughts before trying. PS have you ever used the Soultanicals BEET the DEET DC? I picked up the salon size. Love your videos Rae❤
