Okay, opinion time! Let's start from the most talked part: The sprites!
The Noisebi, Yeahbi and Multicri ones are made by Kasper, they're official, there's nothing much to say about them, since they were the only ones existing for the characters, they're well animated and in general they're good enough. As for Konata Izumi, it wasn't a good idea to borrow sprites from a mod, these ones have little to no personality (You can tell because of the lack of expressive movements) and they even use a BF body part (The right hand on the Down pose) so I believe you could've chosen better. As for Flatfuck Dinglecousin, we're talking about True! He's the one who made them, although the smoothness of those sprites do not really match with the rest, which is a funny detail. for that Dave section, I can tell you used Halfjoke's Spave sprites, not sure about normal Dave. Overall a little problem is the lack of better sprites on the Everyone section, at least for Noisebi, considering his sprites are just the edited render used in visualizer with movement.
Now, going to the chart. It's accurate, what do you want me to explain? It's your average FLP-Accurate chart, the events sure do not promise a lot, the chart is not that eventful and, as I have told you before, the idea of switching between BF sprites is VERY overused, and it shouldn't be normalized in charts, it's only a 100% failed attempt of making the chart look more eventful, therefore cool. You can blame that to Jordan Santiago, he has done it plenty of times to a point it has lost all remaining charm of the concept.
As for the remaining stuff, such as the Icons, Background, etc. I think the Background should have some kind of movement, sure, it looks cool and is accurate to the visualizer, but DNB community standards tell you to 100% have an animated background if it looks like that, it may be because you wanted to switch to a blank BG in Flatfuck Dinglecousin's section but I'm not sure. You said you made their icons, but on the video we can't really see both of them, just the losing one, for Boyfriend's, let's just say you did pretty well. I think I would use them. And finally, we don't have to talk about the HUD or the song itself, the HUD is the Dave Engine one you all know and love, and the song is made by Kasper, what else do you want to know?
Overall, I give this a 0/10 this can improve by a lot BUT i will make a better one in a long, long future so stay tuned for more videos!!! It's cool

ok i'm just gonna make a response about the sprites here
the noisebi sprites were bad on purpose since the character itself is a stupid joke, and the konata sprites were literally the only ones existing so there wasn't that much of a choice. i don't really mind the dave sprites choose since he literally shows up for a while and disappears into thin air.
but i appreciate your input! constructive crticism is always welcome.
