I love the ending. After the first few eps I was afraid Hoon would end up with Soohyun bc that's what would have happened in a normal drama when you look at the characters, but this drama is different. It went with the true love version and even though they it didn't show much playing around and fun times between Hoon and Jaehee, they felt real and I could feel their love through the screen. More than just boyfriend and girlfriend they really felt like soulmates. Love isn't all abt fun and those two had such tragic things happen to them, ofc they wouldnt be all smiley the whole time. I'm so thankful they got their happy ending together, they went through so much.
I recently followed Park Hae Jin and watch all his drama and movies.. From what i saw he has a great intention of roles that he played, every roles has it own complicated and unique side, like..he never play easy..that's why i start love him.. Sadly he's next project "four sons" didn't release because production house's fucked up. From what i saw that movie really good, masterpiece..because he will play as main lead and had 4 roles with different personalities..damn it, hopely he will get a proper PH and great movies, hwaiting oppa!
I cried so many times throughout this drama. My gosh this is what you call a good script. The ending is perfect even if it took a year for them to finally reunite. I thought they died so I was bawling.. Aww so happy.

I love the szene so much when Jaehee starts running towards Hoon, she's smiling so sincerely just like she has before all that shit happened, at that moment she really was completely back to her self, Song Jaehee. And the way Hoon looks at her...I can't even describe it with words, so full of relief and deep love
I love the ending it was a great kdrama i've watched. Love conquers all. This drama is one of my favorite from now on. I wll never tire watching over and over again. Whenever i see hun crying its break my heart😥 because he will never lose hope to see jae hui. 💙💚❤💜🧡💛

Hoon and JaeHee were true love for what they did for each other throughout. JaeHee and Hoon 's scenes together were very intense and touching. In fact story would make no sense, if they don't end up together. (For all the struggle they went through to live freely and happily together.)... They were match made in heaven (a destiny).

When I watched 1st EP, I worried about SE so much that I have to check it is HE or SE then can keep watching 😂 their romantic scene at 1st is so pure, I know they would go through many troubles later... Anw their love never change, this plot is great, not like some other drama, first love may have no hope :))
If there's any kdrama that could make someone wants to be a doctor, well, this is it. I know it sounds stupid but yeah... I'd watched this in 2014 and i was still a 12 years girl that time. amazed by hoon's character in the drama. how hoon doing his great job as a doctor and how loyal he is with his first love. After watched the drama, i decide to study hard, thought that someday im going to become a good doctor just as hoon doing. Struggling cause its really hard. And i choose to stop my dream and move to law school. Lucky me that I was not dissapoint at all...
For the one who still complaining with ending couple, better watch this drama again even the ost already told you enough, stranger by bobby kim, the lyrics said "I love you to death I love you like crazy I love you I love you Forever I won’t let you go I will find you I’m just a stranger without you, My Love" Jae hee is the reason why hoon still breathing, he still life with his believe to find her someday, hoon said jae hee is the one who make his day in north korea, he survive the hard life for jae hee, jae hee's and hoon's fathers both sacrifice their life so jae hee and hoon can live happily together, jae hee even put herself in danger to protect hoon and hoon too put himself in danger to protect jaehee, that's why hoon choose death over life without jae hee, then you guys said the writer suck and many more, it's to cruel, quack couple just appear just because soo hyun tought jae hee was death and when jae hee being dumb hoon being kind to her, but how about hoon, he never saw soo hyun as girl, how can he forget a love that give the reason for him to still life especially when he found that jae hee still alive, for my pov hoon only look soo hyun as sister or bestie, he even have big heart enough to still kind to soo hyun even after what his father did to hoon and his father, jae hee and hoon make us believe that destiny and true love still exist, no matter how long, how hard, how hurt for you to be together but the true love will overcome all the trouble and at the end of the time, that will find each other again and back to each other hand

Gonna watch this drama again for few times more because the storyline is very perfect and character of dr. Oh play a very big role in this drama to make the audience confused that who'll become park hoon soulmate. It will nice if the last part is longer.
