    Here’s presenting a fluffy, soft, and light cuisine from the Himalayas that resembles a cloud! It's none other than 'Tingmo' or Ting Momo, as we call it. Typically a Tibetan steamed bun, but, is also popular in Darjeeling.
    INGREDIENTS for the DOUGH :
    350g Maida / Plain flour
    150ml Lukewarm Water
    20g Sugar
    1/4th tsp Salt
    7g Instant dried Yeast
    Oil a teaspoon to coat the dough
    INGREDIENTS for ACHAAR:
    2 medium boiled peeled Tomatoes
    4 to 5 dried Red Chilli (boiled)
    4 to 5 Fresh Green Chilli
    3 tsp Toasted Sesame seeds OR Roasted Peanuts
    1/4th tsp Garlic paste or 1 pod fresh Garlic
    Salt as per taste
