Love the location and the view from the terrace. But too much wood and not so many windows thou. If i had that house I would add floor to ceiling windows all over the house.

Too much money.small bedrooms, no back yard,No pool,No place for small dog to run around, can not put some vegetables, and fruit trees, tomorrow if I win 1 billion $$,still I will not buy that apartment, just for views of NY,i will not buy this apartment, in this kind of money else where we can have more stuffs stayed in east coast in NJ for 16 years, its too cold and snow there.if some one is very very rich they can buy this apartment, but too small rooms.i did not like it at all.

You have promised me that you'll show one of the best short clips in full the next day, I waited and you never posted it the next day. It's just crazy.
