I ordered a Code 4 after watching your video on it way back when. Two minutes after getting the knife, I attempted your one-handed lockback method of closing the knife and cut the SHIT outta my first two fingers, because I had them too far up on the handle. It was an epic, bloody fail that required 8 stitches at the ER. So now, whenever I look down at the scars on my fingers I think about Advanced Knife Bro! Thanks for that!

Every man wants to EDC a Rajah II, but he denies himself satisfaction and joy for the flimsy social status of performative maturity.

The Spartan looks obviously stupid: too big, too many curves. Somehow that all goes away when it's in my hand. The handle fits my hand about perfectly which is big. The Spartan, isn't a perfect EDC knife. It's a pocket khukri. It's weight makes it great for cutting brush and I've cut down 2" saplings with surprising ease. It also cuts open Amazon packages. Overall, it's a darn good hammer. I've beaten on things in a pinch and it's barely scuffed. The biggest weak point is the stupid thumb stud which is held in place by that tiny wire screw. That's not a set screw holding it into a dovetail as it should be. It's the only thing holding it on there.

Huge knives were common, multiple-purpose tools when the only firearm carried was a rifle. Blades were up to 12 inches in length. Once the revolver became a commonly carried tool, knife blades decreased to about 6-7 inches in length. This information is according to one of the Blade Annuals (I believe) in the early to mid-90s.

I think you’d appreciate the AD10 and 4max because of their very very demko design profile’s and the smooth action they share with the AD15, although it’s more likely just those sneaky Teflon washers hidden by the shiny phosphor bronze washers. Also the Trailboss axe is an incredible value for its almost always on sale price of $21. It’s not outrageous in design or purpose but instead a really well made and functional tool. Unlike the POS kudu which I now have 3 of thanks to SMKW adding them to my order for free. I like to think that they really believe in the kudu and not that they’re sitting on a few hundred of them and haven’t sold a single one.

I’m new-ish to knife collecting but new-er to knife videos.
I’ve found Metal Complex and Nick Shabazzalazzadingdong but I’m really glad that I happened to find the best of all knife channels and even one of the best channels on RUclips period.
    Thanks Bro…or AdvancedBro 🤜🏼🤛🏽.

15:12 Stylish floor tiles. Did you film that in Beaver Cleaver's mom's kitchen?

Hands down, the most hilarious knife video I've ever seen 🤣. Oh, but I do use bowie knives a lot for bushcraft/camping(don't have a Natchez bowie, or any cold steel knives as of yet, but I haven't ruled it out). So, I guess I'm one of THOSE dudes. I'm still badass, though, if girth doesn't matter

The Colossus is the most underrated Cold Steel folder. I have two of them.

Just found your channel! As someone from the backwoods of Alabama I always felt that Cold Steel was like if truck stop knives were actually well made.

Love your CS collection. I've got a few of the same. The old clips with the potbelly wood stove, I miss them. Good times, good times. Enjoy.

Great video bro. Again you shame me since I still do not own an espada. I sadly have only the voyager. I need to bro it up by getting an upgrade.
AD15 still a great buy, glad you made that video since the price went way up since then.

I like the Ti Lite best because it is the least useful. It just looks so cool.

I appreciate your videos because I too suck at thinking in real time. The correct answers or responses always arrive twelve hours too late in the wee hours of the morning and so if I were to ever make youtube videos, which I am not going to, I would write them wryly in advance and make them look cool as a cold steel, like you do. Well done.

Hope you can do this with Ganzo. I wonder how the F759 compares with the classic 729.
